The facility was open at my time of pick up so didn't do mobile check in, I had rented dollies and pads which were not in the van, had the facility been closed I wouldn't have been able to get my additional items. I was told the vehicle had a full tank of gas, after I left I noticed the tank was actually less then half, I spent $75 filling it up because the expectation was to return it full. So check the tank, I should've called or went back or took a picture but I was just concerned with getting the move done.

Felisha KWe are always happy to work with this great U-Haul location. The truck we rented this month had a loose rubber gasket on the driver door, rain leaked in and was a little noisy driving. The U-Haul app was not working and would not allow us to close the rental out properly.
Jayne STodd was very courteous and helpful. Lots of different size uhaul equipment. If looking for a trailer or a truck, they probably have it. Definitely suggest them.

amanda MPads were not in van. When we notified the site, this was immediately removed so we weren't charged. Mistakes happen. How you respond to them is what matters and the response was perfect.

Phil PI was told I had to return the 26 foot truck in the exact spot where it was picked up after hours. In order to put the truck back in its spot it had to be backed in with a snow mound in back of the parking spot and another one in the front along with equipment and with another 26 foot truck on one side and a U-Haul trailer on the other leaving less than 10 inches on each side.i was also charged $20 fee even though the app would not work that evening when I returned the truck and put keys in the drop box as instructed. I will not be renting from this location again.

Christopher ZFirst trailer the plate light was out, second one had a broken wire in the wiring connector causing the rear lights to flicker. I had my own (just in case have towed before) any the woman working behind the desk gave me a new cord and everything was great feom there out. So over all it was great, the parking lot is super tight so it's a bit hard to navigate at times depending on how many cars and trucks all around the building.

RENE SI would strongly suggest a laminated card that explains all of the functions and controls in clear and concise explanatory language to avoid any confusion in operating controls. I am a big fan of UHaul and actually looked into becoming a dealer. One last thought. You might use rechargeable flashlights. Take care, Jim Court

I can't believe I forgot her name but she works in the mornings and is always there when I pick up a truck when moving our Film equipment. Great customer service!!

Marilyn RMy only complaint is, I was charged for gas, yet I put gas into the truck twice while I was using the car. I returned it with the same amount of gas when I started. I should not have been charged for the gas.

Nicholas SIt would be good if you provided ice/snow scrapers in your trucks. The windshield was covered with frost when I picked it up and it took some time for the windshield to clear.
