Jose GI understand that this is a small facility, but, when I arrived to pickup my rental it had a flat tire. The manager hadn't even noticed it. The tire tire must have been flat when it was returned from last rental because you could see the nail in the tire. The managers husband came out and tried to put some air in the tire and was able to put about 35lbs in, but it wouldn't hold anymore, you could hear the air coming out. I asked if she could change out the tire and she said "it might be better if you could make it to your house and call road side assistance, if I do it here it will take at least a couple hours". I had already been there for an hour because there was a problem lifting the trailer tongue up be the last renter had parked the trailer with the back on top of a stump. So I ended up taking a trailer that already had a flat tire and making the call to have it fixed. When I returned the trailer, it was after hours. I tried to return it on line but because the facility is really out in the middle of nowhere, there isn't any internet service. So I was unable to do that as well.
Mark EEasy place to get in and out of. The lady running it is very friendly and I would recommend as a pickup or drop off

Noel LYour web site is very confusing and doesn't reflect the correct price, days. Phone customer service is a joke. The people at the pick up location was excellent.
Larry KFirst of all I rented from Napa in Floresville . They closed early for some reason and I couldn't pick up the truck. Very disappointing and frustrating. They didn't answer the phone before 6pm either. I called customer service and they set up another location which is out of the way. So I paid more to pick up and to deliver the truck. I have two pending charges on my account. Worst experience ever.
Deanna PWhen picking up had to call and get a call back to help finish with rental. Truck itself was clean but engine had a miss. Truck ended up shutting down on me 3 times at stoplights. They are clean, but not very well maintained.

JOSHUA DDid not get the equipment I paid for. A regular dolly instead of an appliance dolly. Not the money I was worried about but I really needed this equipment. I messaged abs did not get a response. Due to this I went over my time because it took me longer to unload . I was charged another day.
