1. Pick up time was 930. Did online check in and when I was directed to pick up the keys the gentleman had the door locked. 2 customers were before me and said they guy told them to wait and they've been there for an hour. I knocked on the door and the gentlemen opened it quickly, said hold on, and closed it right away. Once he was done he came out gave me the keys and went back in. Very unprofessional. Didn't explain anything to me. I needed the truck for 3 hours. The man told me to bring it back at 12 because he needs it to go on another route. I didn't leave uhaul until 1030 so he cut my time. Now there are 2 charges on my account. One for 42 and one for 66. The online quote said $42 and that's why I rented the truck. I filled the tank half way which is what it was when I got it and returned it. I would like one of the charges to refunded immediately. Terrible experience.

Amazing location. Had trailer that i wanted. Were able to help me really quick. You do need an access code to enter as it is inside Eastlake Self Storage. Friendly and helpful staff.

I was put a half and hour behind because I was told that I could pick up the vehicle by doing everything electronically on the uhaul app. I followed all instructions exactly and when I arrived to the facility I was told by the uhaul rep that he didnt even know that they could do that and that he knew nothing about it. I had two other locations to pick up from and we as on a tight timeline. Had I been able to pick up the truck without sitting down in the office it would have been fine and I wouldn't have schedule out my other stops so close. I was extremely upset that this made me late for all of my other locations that I had to go to where people were expecting me.

We had to go get more gas because he said the paperwork said half a tank and we explained it wasn’t and he said we can pay $15 or get more gas. He was polite about it.

They Withdrew A payment on 6/5/19. Two days later they withdrew an additional payment. The representative tried telling me the first payment was a hold and the second payment was the actual payment. You can improve your payment service by taking one payment only
