BEN M.Listed equipment online as available for moving (appliance dolly, covers). Keys were in business instead of in van as listed on contract for mobile pickup. Address for returned was changed by them and as I was asking why was it changed. I was talked older and told to call the uhaul hotline. Basically just poor customer service.

MARC S.I would not recommend U haul to anyone I know a will recommend to friends and family to include social media that they do business with another company. I dropped off my rental vehicle at the return location when they were closed because I had to work the next day. I had swept out both the cab and cargo compartment , folded moving blankets and I was still charged a cleaning charge. I was also charged an after hours charge, no one had to come in to process my vehicle so that was a BS charge that your company appears to use to run up my charge, I guess as long as youu is have my credit card information you can charge whatever you want, it won't ever happen again .
