NAAGY OThe guys at this location were Fantastic, easy to work with. Very kind and could tell they wanted to help. At a different location in the 14701 area there was a Mathew Haddock ( not sure if spelled correctly), who I was told to be the regional manager. Let me just say, this guy is a real PRICK! He is very aggressive the way he speaks to you. He insults and even makes you feel like you are a criminal who stole the uhaul instead of renting it. I also have voicemails from him saying he PURPOSELY maxed my card out and now he planned on calling the police and having the truck reported stolen. Which was only in my possession less then 48hours. If this guy is the regional manager, they need to get rid of him. This is not how you run a business. You don't treat people like complete shit and try baiting them into an argument. You are a pathetic excuse for a man. And you should definitely not be associated with this store. Let alone uhaul at all, you give them a bad name.
John LWe were told the day before pickup that our location had changed to 45 minutes away. This not only made for an extra early morning, but we were charged for the extra miles to drive it back to our home which was only a couple miles away from the original pickup location. U-haul should have coordinated to have the truck brought down to the location requested so that we were not put out in the morning and charged the additional mileage to drive it back to Pennsylvania from up in New York ourselves.
Josiah HProblem wasn't with this location., but with U-Haul itself. I wanted a 4X6 foot trailer and was told that wasn'r available. I excepted a 5 X 8 trailer. A 6 X 12 foot trailer was delivered.
ROBERTC TJameal was amazing. He was so helpful and took extra time to make sure that I got into my uhaul okay. Recommend this location and jameal to everyone.
