Have someone experienced/trained for handling uhaul business. Person was rude, kept lying to us and uhaul rep on the phone. We'd ask her questions and tried talking to us and she would ignore us. Made picking up the truck a nightmare. Took over an hour to pick up.

Nothing particularly wrong
Travis HI had booked a drop off at Walla Walla, Washington to catch my flight out. On the way to the location I received a call that the drop off had changed to Dayton, 40 minutes away. I asked staff how they would suggest I catch my flight? They didn't care and suggested I get an Uber. Have you been to Dayton at all? I ended up stranded there and was only rescued by the nice people of Dayton who are wonderful when it comes to helping people in need. No the is to Uhaul. When you use them, make sure you have a plan B with a safety network to get you out of trouble.
