Gregory RTruck share does not work. No cell service in the area. Major fiasco. Fortunately the owner showed up early and we got the truck. Location is good. Just not truck share. Truck share was a disaster on both ends. Will never use it or recommend it

Robert GHe offered information on a better set up with the hitch. My truck set up a little higher than normal he mentioned that it needed a drop hitch.
MARK HThe guy disconnected the trailer with causing no issues but that's as far as it goes. But other than that the place was a mess and smelt severely of smoke.

Zach DNothing against this location - uhaul made an error and put me as returning the trailer at the wrong place. After two phone calls, the chat, and too much time on hold it was finally resolved. I was hung up on by one associate. As a whole, I would struggle to recommend uhaul to others because of issues like this……
Sadie GA bit frustrated as I drove less than 40 miles and put in 3 gallons of fuel. Checked the gauge and it aligned with my paperwork. When I got my invoice was charged for 4 gallons of fuel. I disagree with this charge

TAMARA WOffice a shed filled with cigarette smoke. I was refused service and told to go to another location to return my trailer. At the other location, I was told there would be a fee and that I could return the trailer on my own. After I returned the trailer, I was called by the franchisee David and scolded for having returned the trailer at their location.
William NThe truck had no ac. The fumes and the heat from the engine was blowing up into the cab. This truck needs so work, but it got me here.

Dallas BLee was very helpful! He made suggestions. He went out of his way to accommodate my need for boxes. He even met me at a public place across town to give them to me after he picked them up from a different center. He was very easy to work with.

The problem I have is that we scheduled for a different location and the rep called me at 10am to inform me we would have to go to this location which cost us 40 miles at 79 cents each and the difference in gas. I asked if they could help with that and they told that there was nothing I haul good do to help with that cost. So because of this I will consider other companies in the future

JENNIFER NOur original location was closed - Apple Mill. They did not return our 3 calls and we were stuck. The Grade Outdoor Structures said "Come on down. We will take care of it." He parked the trailer for us and we didn't even need to give them any information. He handled it all the next day.
Betty WI cannot recommend your company for any reason given the final results of my experience with U-haul. You gave the ugliest and leaking trailer on the lot. The whole reason that I rented the enclosed trailer was due to the rain that I knew I would experience on my trip. Then, you give me a drop off address where the store was closed and not scheduled to be open for multiple days beyond my arrival. Finally, you charge me for an extra day when I returned the trailer 3 days before the due date...unbelievable!
John ZScheduling was an issue and we had to contact U Haul to rectify the issue, but it was corrected to our satisfaction
Steven HWhen i registered on-line I was quoted a rental price of $65.00. When I picked it up it ballooned to $105? Fees such as insurance, $10 to deliver it to a location closer to me, taxes, etc.??? The worst thing ( not your fault) is I never used it - my car wouldn't start and I had no means of pulling it up on the Transporter
