First I want to be clear that the people working at all locations were amazing and trying to be very helpful and honest. The actual UHaul online reservation system was another story. It had me go to the hitching post, then uhaul storage which didnt even have a working trailer that I reserved there then I get a call from hitching post that my reservation was there. This mix up costed me and my daughters an additional hour of our time due to lack of accuracy by your system. Once again the workers were amazing.

The lady needs customer service training for common courtesy, and respect for the customers. She was rude and snarky and just walked away without giving me a receipt or letting me know everything was good not thank you come again nothing just rude

The lady was very short and rude to me when I came in and I had mentioned to her I don't think any truck pickup should only have 1/4 tank of gas just giving my opinion not mad just my opinion she said* "Well UHaul can do that" sort of snarky I also mentioned that I would need someone to take the the ties off the my car so I could get it down she said well I don't do that and we had a mess this morning when we came in this morning then she went outside and I came out right after her she turned and **gave me a ugly look as if why was I following her I told her I had over the 1/4 tank of gas and close to 1/2 for the next customer. ***She said that was my problem. She had her little pad thing and kept checking but never said a word then just walked away gone. When the man who worked there went in the office I followed him and asked him if he would undo my car on the hauler he was very nice said he would be right out there for me I mentioned to him oh she said you had a mess in here this morning he politely sad yes we did all the returns But he was polite about it not like her. Then he got the car ready for me to roll it down I asked if there was anything I needed to sign or receipt he said no you should be all set. As the lady was taking looks at different UHaul rentals she never said thank you good by come back again nothing. Because she had something up her nose I will not be using their place again I usually use the Ace hardware place but no longer does UHaul I didn't know if I was going to be charged for extra nothing so sorry she was kind of a "B"

They were not friendly or polite when we arrived to drop off the unit.

The truck was represented to me as having no damage. However, upon my inspection before leaving the facility, I found that the driver side mirror had damage and the front bumper had a dent. I reported these items with pictures to the online application I was provided.

I walked in to get the U-haul I rented and said "hello I'm here to pick up my U-haul I scheduled for 9 am" and was immediately yelled at by the woman saying "You're in the wrong place!". I began panicking thinking what will I do, I have to move my entire apartment today I have no option. She then asked for my name and I told her mine and the drivers and she was able to find us. I then asked if I could add a dolly to my order (which I called ahead of time and requested as well but it was never added) and she again freaked out and yelled and said they had no utility dollies, but she did not even ask what kind I needed, I just needed a furniture one. In the end she added it but wow what an episode. Moving days are already not good days and to be yelled at right from the start from a place you are paying money to did not help.

The truck bed was not cleaned out from the previous user. I had to clean it up before moving any of my own stuff. Afterwards I was charged additional amounts for cleaning. I have pictures of the truck before I cleaned it.

There were a lot of issues with the new system that just rolled out. It would also be helpful to indicate in the texts from uhal if there is a time limit on links that are sent.
