I was not able to pick up the vehicle electronically! The U-Haul website did not work so I waited in the cold from 8:30a to 10:30a when the person who runs the place came to help me. He was ultimately helpful although I was not allowed to use the WiFi to try to get the website to work. I will never try the 24/7 pick up and return again. And I don't recommend it. I have a very reliable cell phone provider so that was not the problem. The U-Haul website wasn't working !

Owner of the location where the rental occurred was very helpful and polite. I appreciated the fact that although his business is closed on the weekend, he came in on Saturday to allow me to obtain my rental. Will do business with again.

The app check in was so easy and simple!!

Hours they have posted online are not correct and the parking lots are hard to get into with a 26 foot uhaul but even though office was closed the owner or manager still picked up the phone and was helpful with where to park uhaul and where to leave keys.

The mobile check in process is too long. Once I take my picture and upload my drivers license, it has taken at least 10 minutes each time to wait for approval. I am standing outside alone in the evening waiting on something that should take no more than a minute to look at my license and my selfie. As far as the location, there is a man that rents storage Unit A2 that is there every time I pick up a truck. He is usually intoxicated and I'm not sure, but feel like he is living there since he is always there. I always feel uncomfortable as a female picking up my truck in the evening. I use the truck to get my equipment to events for my business and usually pick it up on a Friday night for an early Saturday event. So waiting 10 minutes for someone to approve my license and selfie makes it more uncomfortable being there that long.

Truck was parallel parked in a narrow alley in front of a trailer and behind another truck - very difficult to safely get the truck out of its parking location.

Nobody would answer the phone or acknowledge our presence. Rental location in Leesburg wouldn't help at all

I didnt get the appliance dolly that I requested. The lock on the back of the truck was hard to get open to retrieve the key from the cargo area. It took 45 minutes from my pick up time to complete all steps. The app was having difficulty completing a request for an additional driver. Used the chat optional it was resolved.

Absolutely nothing. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and informative. I will definitely use this location again if I need a U-Haul in the future

Unprofessional customer service. This was my first time renting a truck so I had a lot of questions, The responses were very rude and short. I was made aware that his office was closing to just call 1800uhual. THERE all my questions were answered.

I was charged 4 days rental and insurance and only had the realtor for three days. My mistake for not reading more carefully. I hope this is not a common practice.

I was disappointed that online you can reserve a truck in harrodsburg but the day of get a call and be told I had to go to a whole nother city and it was out of my way with paying for miles. Even the dolly equipment I was able to rent and they also didn't have the dolly we needed but was given a smaller one at no charge. So Idk who does the whole online thing but it be cool if you all can work on that. Other then that the people and places was excellent and I would come back

I rented a Car trailer. I picked it up and when I go to my destination and loaded the car, I then noticed that the left rear tire was flat. it had zero PSI in it. Luckily where I loaded the car there was air available for me to inflate the tire and luckily it held the air for the rest of my trip.

The trailer was full of leaves and misc items. The location had none of the items I needed that website offered. Hitch, ratchet straps, appliance dolly or anything.

notice 40 miles later the passenger air bag was OFF. Passenger seat belt twisted in buckle, couldn't be used as is. Warning notice on dash to fix rpm covered odometer. trip hazard inside door to office.

Return equipment process unsuitable for elderly with government issued phones with no cell phone service in that location, could not complete required process.. Unable to magnify this page for easy reading. I do know how, your platform is not user friendly. My Uhaul agent was great, helping me.
