The white lady at this location was HORRIBLE! She was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. Flying into the city and then driving back I had to go through the hassle of doing everything on my own. She didn't refused to load my vehicle on the trailer. I had to go to another location for them to do this. This white lady had poor customer service and caused me to be 2 hours behind schedule. U-Haul needs to remove this place from your list of dealers. HORRIBLE job and do not go to this location.Eric H.

This is a bad location. Too small to handle trucks on a busy road. Staff take way too long to process a return and treat you like a number, not a person. I will not be going back there again. I have used other Uhaul locations that are better.GREGORY F.

They ripped me off. I put enough fuel in before returning the equipment per the photo uploaded in the app and they still charged me 58 $to bring it up to 3/4 of a tank. It was at 3/8 of a tank when picked up. This is not the way to treat a repeat customer.Stanley M.

There was hardly any room to get the truck in. The girl that was checking us in looked and acted like she'd rather be anywhere but there. I don't think she said 2 words. Very slow process! Won't be back there again!STEPHEN D.
The truck smelled awful and it wasn't available when I arrived. I had to wait about an hour which put my moving behind and my return of the truck behind. I had to pay my movers extra because we were behind schedule. Recommendation: Don't book equipment that isn't clean and sanitary for the next customer. Contact the customer if the equipment isn't ready to be used by the next scheduled customer.LYNNETTE H.

I'm puzzled why I was told that I had to fill the gas tank back up to the level it was when I returned it AND I was charged 0,99 cents per mile. It would seem that I am paying for gas twice. This is counterintuitive.Jimmy D.

I don't want to ruin the location rep as the man was nice. My comment is about the uhaul renting experience. Using the app and not using a human to pickup and then leave truck is a HORRIBLE experience. The app needs work. Confusion on inventory available, what location I'm going, and... wow I spent 100 dollars on fuel because you gave me an empty truck and I have to eat that cost? Fuck you.Donald B.

When I finally got my rental. Apparently the woman was having a hard time getting my reservation process. When I received everything and checked the truck out. I found that the gas was not full, I returned the truck with the same amount which was a little over 3/4. When I looked at my charges to my card. It had what the paperwork said, Plus an extra 50,00 $. I have no idea what that charge was for. If it's not on the paperwork, then I want to know what the charge is for.Brad P.

Our original reservation was not available, so we had to be transferred to a different location and different size truck. Our rental was delayed an hour due to this issue. We are disappointed that our reservation (made a week in advance) did not guarantee the right sized truck at the right location and on time.Tyler E.
21' Vehicle was old and very dented and scratched. The entire inside cabin area smelled like marijuana from (I assume) the previous renter and the smell was attempted to be covered with a basic air freshener. One of the cables that assists with raising and lowering of the rear door was broken making it very difficult to close, and the latch would not close completely with door in down position. Lastly, at checkout i was told the fuel level was "between 7/8 and Full" when it was actually only at 3/4. I drove the vehicle less than 20 total miles and put 3 gallons of gas in it before returning. Upon reviewing my final bill i was charged an ADDITIONAL 5,65 $ for FUEL... This will be the last time I every use U Haul and their poorly maintained fleet, poor customer service and unethical billing practices.ALLEN J.

drop off no problem, love the ease of the use of the trailer and truck. Uhaul totally makes that part idiot proof and easy to do, by the way I'm a 65 year old women and did the 700 mile drive and tow on my own!ADRIENNE D.
