Keep doing what they did for me. They called to ask if I can bring the unit back sooner, since they had it rented already. I said yes and Ed. Drove me back to my house. Great people here.

Benjamin B.It is hard to find the first time as it is located between Monroe and Alexis. A good description of the location and even an address of the self-laundry would alert people where to go. The only reason we found it the first time was to see two U-hall trailers in the lot, after someone told us it was next to a Chevy Dealer on Alexis. The place is located about two blocks off Monore Street.

Scott S.We rented an enclosed 12 foot trailer for a week. The process to get the trailer took forever even though we pre registered online. Immediately we went to Lowe's to pick up supplies and by the time we got out of the store the trailer had low tire pressure in one of the wheels. We took the trailer back immediately to where we rented it from having to leave all the supplies at Lowe's to swap the trailer out, which again took a long time, and then back to Lowe's to pickup the supplies. Thankfully the rental place had more than one to give us. After we swapped out the trailer we had no issues with the new one and we're able to get what we needed done as far as hauling material.
Curtiss N.I was told I could return my trailer to any U-Haul site. Apparently that's not true. It took me over an hour to find a place in Cincinnati to drop off my trailer. Very disappointed with your service.

connie B.I did not know we had to download the app in order to get a lock box code. We had to call U-Haul 3 times just to get the keys. It sucks there aren't humans in person, especially since I was charged for 38 miles when I know I only drove 12. The U-Haul location to my apartment (5111 Secor rd Toledo, OH) was only 3 miles, my apartment to my new house (6003 Graystone Dr Sylvania, OH) was 6 miles, and my new house back to the U-Haul location was 3 miles.I have no idea what the computer goes off of because I know I only drove 12miles. I called customer service and all they said was they can only go by the computer. Had there been actual humans working the location, someone could have checked the odometer before and after I got the truck. Now I'm paying for triple the miles and there's nothing I can do about it.

Anthony M.The old man who decided to jump in and help the lady behind the counter was beyond rude, he was extremely combative, insulting, and actually put his fists up and wanted to fight me. He started with foul/obscene language when we got outside and I had had enough, I pulled out my phone and said I was calling the police. I ended up not actually calling, but I wish I would have as the confrontation bothered me well into the next day! Inside, early in the transaction it was clear that it was a bother to him that I was there, I even asked if he simply wanted me to go somewhere else. (There's plenty of other uhaul locations nearby) I will NEVER return to this location! The man refused to tell me his name. I was waiting to see if the folks at the drop off location acted this way and they did not.

I had a 7:30 reservation and this location didn't open until 9:00 and when I told the owner I was upset because I was an hour and a half behind schedule he didn't say I'm sorry he just said “ that's not my problem “ I will never go to this location again very rude!

ASHLIE V.I had a reservation for 4pm. Somehow it was rented out. Other reservation supposed to be back by 5pm. Individual showed up at 5:15. By the time I drove away w my rental..5:30pm. Shady owners. Changed my reservation to “5 pm “ after the fact so I couldn't claim the $50 reservation guarantee. Granted they gave me 15 free miles ( $14,85) but why change the reservation time? You screwed up. Own up to it. And yes..I expect a credit.
Nick D.The cab smelled like weed, I found pieces of a joint and my young son found an empty fireball bottle under the seat after we had driven it. The van was disgusting, they didn't honor my reservation (they called and moved it back) and the van was disgusting. I will NEVER go there again.

Jeremy H.I wanted a small truck, when we want to complete the procedures so that cash is accepted, I had to take the big truck and I don't need a big one, and I accept that you pay for money instead. The fuel is in the user, but the employee told me if I wanted to pay, it would be a high amount!! Why $85 dollars instead of fuel, and I will only consume $20, not more than that. Why was $75 deducted from the $100 I deposited with the employee? It was a bad experience.
