Was not the dealer we made the reservation with, I am the customer and should be able to select where I shop!!! Mail Vault is slower than slow, traffic in that area is horrid. If I can’t choose where I pick up my truck then wontbua Uhaul. Ran into an emergency, called customer service was hung up on twice, third time I called was told they would call back with roadside assistance information in 15 minutes, called back 39 minutes later, she said she was still trying to reach someone at customer service. By this time we had resolved the issue. If this is the new Uhaul you can keep it

Way too many issues with renting this equipment. Perhaps it was all the rain. It took 2 days to complete charges. They had to keep requesting my credit card information. Plus I was over charged. Changed trucks 2x. Equipment clean; however, there was a leak last in the truck. Damaged my mattress. Over all process took several hours. Nice people though. Very apologetic.

The truck that I was rented needs to be taken out of service or at least have the shocks and springs changed. I also want to contest the cleaning fee that I am being charged for. Not only did I have to sweep out the truck when I picked it up, but I also swept it out after I was done with it.

The person running the office had no idea what he was doing. Even though we had completed the express check in online, it took a very long time to get the truck. He told us we had to choose from $45 and $85 insurance even though we had written proof we selected the $60 insurance online. He could not tell us the difference between $45 and $85 insurance. When he gave us the total cost it was equal to the amount with $60 insurance. The truck had a broken windshield wiper. He told us there was no where we could get it fixed and if it started to rain to find a place to buy one and get reimbursed when we turned the truck in. Before we went to the truck he told us it had "about a half a tank of gas" and marked that on the contract. My husband checked the gas gauge and told him it had less than half a tank of gas. Incredibly the sales person told us the needle would go up when we started to drive. Since the sales person refused to change the gas gauge on the paperwork, my husband took a photo of the gas gauge and odometer reading. Despite this, we were charged for not filling the gas tank. We were rented unsafe equipment with incorrect paperwork.

I have rented exact same truck before with no problems. This truck has a very rough ride, barely any brakes. I had to pump them to stop. After the truck was shut off and brake pedal was pushed it mad a loud sound . I don’t know if that was a warning saying the brakes were bad but it sure seems like it. The engine was also making weird loud noises almost like grinding I have no idea what that was. The sign says it rise like a van. LOL not even close.

This was another bad (and my last) U-Haul experience. The company is so unorganized; there is never equipment at the locations, so customers get sent all over the place to get a simple trailer. Returning the U-Haul was a disaster; there was no jack to lift it off my car, so I had to lift about 250 lbs of trailer to get it off the hitch and there was no jack to lay it on, so I used a milk carton from a closed restaurant. I called the answering service and they were extremely unhelpful. I will never use U-Haul again; Budget and Penske are so much better and well worth the drive out of the way.

We went to pick up the truck at 9:00 in the morning. The store had just opened up and we were the first customers. We did not leave the store with the paperwork until 9:35. That amount of time to process our paperwork seemed a bit excessive.

I was directed to the wrong location, after arriving ten minutes after reservation time, my truck wasn't ready anyway due to it being accidentally given to someone else. Was not able to get a truck until 3 hours after my reservation time, which caused us to have to move in the rain and drop off truck after hours. Still have not gotten my $50 credit even after emailing and customer service. The poor gentleman at the pick up location deserves a raise for dealing with all this on his own.

Simply repeat the kind of treatment we got . Service attendant was prompt and professional and needed no assistance connecting the trailer to my hitch and checking all the safety issues.. Improvement; paint rusty wheels.

This was the most horeible experience in my life. I rented from an old lady who had no idea what she was doing and was VERY nasty. Took her over an hour to check me out. After I rented the hauler and arrived at my location I found out the straps were cut and I couldnt haul my car. Upon return a guy named Ben was even ruder, charged up on me, yelled at me and kicked me out of the store because i complained. Unbelievably rude!!!!!! Never go to Mail Vault in Toledo.

Make the people pick up the trucks and bring them to your prefered location. Not tell them oh pick up here then I get there and there is no truck and the closest one that has been waiting for them to pick up by the way since 9am is 10 miles away. I will never rent from you again and I move every 12 months.

This location does a LOT of other things other than Uhaul. Will never go back there. No utility dolly there. Trailer had a leak in the roof allowing rain to get chair cushion, couch and box to get wet. Ended up getting dolly at a "regional" location that looked super; should have used it in the first place
