Thus was the worse drop off experience I have ever had.I differently would never use it again

Cory NFirst the location changed which was no big deal. They didn't open till 11 meaning I had to deal with a lock I couldn't get open, had to have help finally getting it open. The cart I reserved wasn't available. Had to use a had cart that made moving a couch and other large items almost impossible. Wasn't notified that something I reserved until it was too late to get another one. Was told by employee of Meat slicer that I could drive to another location to get the cart I reserved. The truck was brand new but no ay to adjust the mirrors??? No cruise control????

Rory MThis location was fine, but someone called us on the 16th asking us to deliver it further away because the Meat Slicer location was full and couldn't accept anymore. While taking exception to yet another U-Haul inconvenience the phone call dropped as we were driving through the mountains. I responded to a follow up text to call because of a problem by stating that I would honor the contract and return the trailer to the location on the contract. The Meat Slicer location had plenty of space to return the trailer leading me to believe that the true reason you wanted it returned to a site further west was because it was needed there. On both ends of the rental, U-Haul has inconvenienced us on one end and tried to inconvenience us with dishonesty on the other end. Though the people at each location were fine, as was the trailer, once we got one with a valid plate, the overall experience from using U-Haul was very negative.
Brian CIt was very hard to find this location but once I did everything went well.
steve rThe U-Haul online app is difficult to use and took extra time. I returned the vehicle in less than 3 hours because the apartment wasn't ready. We were charged for gas but I added 2 gallons to drive 20 miles. It shouldn't have been low as I was billed.
James JCould not find the trucks for 24 hour pickup. Had to call twice to fine the truck. Truck work well. But I was charged 16,5 for 3 gals of gas. But I took a picture of where it started just for this reason. I will be fighting this gas charge because it was returned a little higher than what I picked it up
Michael RShowed that the location was open. Went to The Meat Slicer and there was no one there. No signs saying what I needed to do. Called Uhaul and they didn't know where the trucks were located. The trucks were across the parking lot behind another building. Very frustrating!

Richard PThe overall experience was great, from picking up the truck to returning it. The Deli Meat Slicer was very helpful and professional in taking my reservation, and adjusting it when I realized I needed the truck for another day. And, once I learned how to use the online check-in procedure, things went really smoothly. Ashley, a Uhaul phone rep, was patient and friendly, and helped me through the process; I was very grateful that she stayed with me until I was approved to pick up the truck. The only issue I have is with Uhaul for being charged $7/day for two days for using the dolly when I only used it for one day. Besides the over charge, I give Uhaul and Deli Meat Slicer five stars.

Dan TI was told to drop the trailer off behind a building nobody checked me in somebody could have drove off with that trailer in the middle of the night and I would have been stuck with the bill
steve dCancel this person as a service center for U Haul. I arrived on Sunday to pick up my trailer and waited while this guy was making sandwiches? Then we walked out to the one and only trailers there taking his small 3 yr old daughter along. Found out l as tee her never tightened the hitch properly either. Glad I double checked it or I could have lost the trailer. This guy acted as if I inconvenienced him by coming there to pick up!

Charles KI would recommend as this is the only location that has the truck. I did mention to him that the truck smelled bad, and he offered a air freshener. I know it is a rental and they could at least clean the cab of the truck after it is rented. You never know how sweaty someone got and sat on those cloth seats. Overall was a smooth set up. The vehicle ran top notch no issues
Lisa SThe Subway graduate that works there is a pretentious prick with an attitude.. Not to me but also to some customers in front of me that was dropping off a truck.. Also they had a child 5-6 yrs old running around screaming making it impossible to relax and when she out her discussing feet on the table where people were eating the parent (counter guy) did nothing.. CpS should really check out this prick

Norman PWe were left waiting for a half hour before we went back in because we were forgotten about. THEN, I get charged an extra day $20 and a cleaning fee for somthing i should never have had to pay for!!
Kari MThe equipment was located behind a building where numerous unkempt homeless sit and watch you. One gentlemen made several attempts to approach but my adult son waiting in the car while I secured the vehicle made him rethink. It was also surrounded by buildings with nobody around to help if I needed it. The dirt area was also covered in trash. The front of the building would be a safer and more appropriate location for pick up and drop off.
Tammy DEverything about this rental experience was terrible. The location is pretty sketchy considering i was there before they opened. Homeless people on a old couch right in front of where the large uhaul trucks are kept. Truck was fairly beat up and had hardly any gas in it but thats not what really killed this experience for me. What did it was the fact that the website was not working for the truck share program between three different phones. I was then on hold for an hour trying to get help with getting the truck keys since my reservation was 4 hours before the location that rents the truck opened. Finally my wife on whim decided to try out the app which at no point is recommended but that actually worked right away. So all said and done we lost over an hour of rental time and U-Haul still wanted the truck back at the original set time. I complained to customer service about this and they said they could offer me $50 back on my rental. I still was charged in full and i also paid for an appliance dolly which was not on the truck but rather a normal dolly which i didnt use because i brought a normal dolly with me.

bob sYour rep was very unknowlegable of rates how to do stuff was very poorly represented had a hard time finding it no trucks or trailers outs. ide just a small sign in the window ..the shop is a drug front I think great rep for uhaul.

Brandon EThe uhaul experience as a whole was lousy. First truck had no air, then I had to drive to get new truck, which took an extra 2 hours of my day. Not to mention my reservation was messed up and I had to travel 20 miles out of my way to get first truck.
Scot CCharged me twice the amount for the truck after their online return system didn't work. I called the customer service number and the rep laughed in my ear.
KYRA LNO SIGNS, UHAUL TRUCKS/TRAILERS ACROSS THE STREET NEAR LIQUOR STORE, DROVE AROUND 40 MINUTES TO FIND DEALER. MEAT SLICER GUY, (SUPER NICE) SAID STRIP MALL OWNER WOULD NOT LET HIM PUT A SIGN UP????????????
