No one was there at 2pm to do a proper drop off, just a sign and a key slot to return keys to the rental.

Geoffrey REEDERThe Truck Service was good and drove wonderfully. There were no Hand Truck device to assist in removing the items each time from the truck. We of course provided our own. The location state they never have those available. Please assist them one. Thank you for providing this trucking service for this location.

Mary Ann FlemingThe location was fine, I am upset with uhaul because I picked the pick up location in central SC which was fine that it changed to Easley because I was made aware of that. What upsets me is I picked Spartanburg as my drop off location and somehow when my pick up location was change my drop off was changed to Anderson SC. We were told if we kept the uhaul and extra day it would be $40. Well nope it was 110. Then we were charged for extra mileage and the wrong drop off spot which wouldn't have happened if my reservation hadn't been changed from drop off at Spartanburg to Anderson. Al in all we were told by a representative that it would cost us the original 150 and then another 40 for keeping it a day longer. Instead it ended up costing us $300.so yeah the location was fine. But whoever changed our reservation info really screwed us, that was the grocery money for my Kids!!!!
Janessa EspositoThey didn't give me an hand truck i had to go find one but it was not her fault it was 1800 uhaul they got my truck wrong and no equipment that i had rented. But Blackstock was cool. 1800 uhaul need to be talked too.

Darlene NelsonThe truck has not been cleaned out from the previous people there were use masks they have been left in there with some coat hangers and some trash on the floor. The odometer reading was not the same as what was on my paperwork which was a bummer. And it said it had a quarter of a tank when it did not it was just under a quarter of a tank but anyway it was a small place I don't expect perfection but I guess I'm charge per mile so that kind of sucks.

Darlene SaenzThe clerk and check out experience was great but the quality of the truck was horrible. It was extremely loud and did not drive well. When I called back to ask was it safe the clerk said it was a part missing on the truck causing that sound. They should not offer that truck while waiting to be prepared. To make matters worse the truck was swarming with ants so I got bit up the whole time I was driving.

Amy ScottI am a short lady and it was very hard to pull myself up to get inside of the cab. I had a step stool but there was no way for me to pick it up once I got into the truck.:) Your big trucks should have some type of step attached to the driver's side of the truck to accommodate short people. :) Other than that the truck performed very well.
JACKIE CARTERHORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience!!! I was robbed of 500 dollars called customer service 3 times today no one was able to resolve my case but ended up stealing more money from me. Was charged for using the truck 4 days but only actually used it 6 hours. Was also charged of using 123 miles but only used 60 miles. Found out that U Haul came to pick up the truck after I dropped it off and no one closed my rental. Somehow this cost was put on my account. I've used U Haul before and never had this issue. YOUR TEAM has dropped the ball on this transaction!!! Was told the field manager for this location was going to call me this morning. Waited till afternoon call back that no one has called. Received same answer!! The day is now over still no call!!
Fa VangWhen I arrived to pick up the truck they had no record of my reservation. I had the conformation email on my phone but it didn't seem to matter. Lucky that they had one truck left or I would not have been able to move. Not good!
greg blackI was sent to three different locations before I found the truck I was assigned. Then had to walk to the back on the storage facility to find my truck alone. Hand trucks were not supplied and the overall price was way too expensive. The last time I rented a uhaul I had a bigger size truck and the price was half.

Steven LancasterNone of the items I reserved were available. No hand truck, no appliance dolly, no moving blankets. However, on the online reservation it allowed me to reserve them. When I went to pick up the truck and additional items, you only had the truck. Very frustrating.
Karen LeeAfter being very disappointed with my reservation at MK Motors, I went to the Mini Storage Center and they were great. They didn't have as big of a truck as I had wanted (so I had to make an extra trip), but they were very helpful.
Steven LancasterThe location was great. Lady working there friendly and professional, doesn't try to cheat you out of money, overall good experience. Online U-Haul app sucks. Why have an app that you can't use. Either fix it or get rid of it.

Michael BoisvertDouble check the gas gage before saying it’s more than what it is. I unfortunately didn’t pick up the truck when I paid to check it and it was too late when I realized the difference but overall the service was great as always.

EVELYN SantanaMy truck leaked badly from a rip in the upper corner of the roof behind the driver's side. O f course it poured down rain and my things were soaked as well as the floor retained water. But management was pleasant, they were out to lunch when I returned the truck .
