You did not provide the dolly or blankets that I paid for. I would love a refund.

I ordered furniture padding but never got them. The lock to get the key was broken and it was very difficult to get the key out.

David LYou have an option to speak with a representative when getting to the location so I chose that option not realizing it was at a gas station which I know is on me but you shouldn't give that option if it's not one… When I got there the lady that was working was no help just kept telling me you should have received a code or number to access keys, which I never received. Had to call the help and support in order to get the keys from her. There was also a lock on the back end that nobody was able to get access to a code. I had to call support four different times. I had people transfer and hang up on me the first three times. It wasn't until I got on the phone the last time with I believe her name was Lisa that I got anywhere. She had promised to make a note with my contract and that I would get compensated for the mishap but I just check my bank statement and was charged full price.
Katelynn HRented a uhaul that was extremely loud due to catalytic converter being cut. I called customer service several times to get a discount and still was unable to get one. I don't know if I will ever use uhaul again after this. This was a terrible experience.

SHERRONDA SContracted to rent two dollys and u haul forgot. Showed up before pick up time 6:30am, and they put wrong key in key box. Total delay time was 1 hr, and talked to manager, named Silvertre Cardona, and very unpleasant and rude. This was first time used haul and I will never ever use u haul again. Worst experience ever.

Ashley FI completed the online process for not only reserving the truck, but completing the registration (i.e., submitting pictures of my driver's license, setting up payment, verifying who I was, etc.). I had to re-complete the registration process at the pickup location - why? They also asked for my passport, etc. to verify who I was. That is just ridiculous, who is going to have that with them when they are picking up the truck. They did also include an option to call someone to verify who I was, which doesn't make much since, as the person can just lie. So we waited around for them to finally call and were able to get the truck. They were using my cell phone number to verify my account, why not just send a link to my cell phone or email address for the pickup like they do for the drop-off? Also, I reserved six pads and they were not with the truck when I picked it up, but I did not have time to wait around for someone to drop them off.
