This location is at a house in a neighborhood. There was no place to park the Truck so I had to leave it in the street. Not near as bad an experience as the place I picked the truck up from thoughGARRETT B.

This location needs to serve customers in the order they come. Every time a customer came into the store my transaction was put on hold to serve them. It took way longer than necessary to check the truck out. Also, the truck had not been swept and there was garbage that I had to clean out before I could use the truck. Definitely not worth the price! I also called to determine whether or not one way would be cheaper and was advised that in town would be the cheapest. But I'm confident I would have saved 30-50 the other way. Very disappointed with U-haul all the way around.Violet R.
I There's no one there to help you. It's a convenience store and the worker calls someone who basically dictates from home. I was allowed an extra day and an additional 100 miles by the man I picked up the truck from because I had to drive to a different location to get the truck. I should have only been charged for one day. I was unable to explain this to the person Who I turned my truck in to. Edward MillicanEdward M.

This U-haul location was wonderful. However, my overall experience with U-haul was HORRIBLE! I will never use U-haul again or recommend them to anyone. Due to their many errors we were delayed 4,5 hours, sent to 2 different locations that did not have our reservation. Finally, had to go to 2 different locations to get what we needed, both locations were miles away from our destinations and original pickup location. I could go on....Lori B.
The person doing the paperwork was hard to understand. He did not seem to know how to input to the computer. Someone did help, but it took a significant amount of time to get the truck.Elizabeth C.

It took me almost 2 hours to pick up the U-Haul. It was in a pit stop gas station and the employee didn't seem to know how the process worked. He was very nice and apologetic about it, but we had to start over multiple times and had to place a call to U-Haul's head office to actually make the purchase, as the employee got stuck on a screen that he did not know what to do with. Also, the manager and the employee seemed more concerned about the stocking the store and teaching the employee how much profit he would make off of each individual can of snuff than they did about getting the U-Haul process completed. Again, very nice guy, it just seems like 2 hours for a U-Haul rental pick up is pretty long.jc M.
It took us an hour to get our rental. The store clerk had to call the store manager in to process our reservation because he did not know how to do it. It was a very frustrating experience knowing we we had reservations and were on a time constraint.tim G.
