Ronald KFor safety reasons, you need to supply these employees with a jack to lift the front of the trailers onto the ball. They are trying to make do with it doing it another way which is not safe. Apparently, that's because you don't supply them with the proper equipment for their job.
CARL DI had an absolutely terrible experience with u haul. First when I went to pick up the truck the app was total garbage and kept telling me I was in the wrong place and then failed to accept my ID scan like 20 times. In total I spent over an hour picking up the truck after driving 20 miles out of the way to pick it up after they changed my pick up point. The truck itself was fairly clean but the breaks were awful the truck felt like it didn't want to stop. The worst part of my experience with u haul was when I went to return my truck. It took us over TWO HOURS to return this truck. We tried on multiple phones and apps and they all kept getting the same white screen with no way to proceed. Finally after hours and multiple calls to support I got it to accept my return. I would not at all recommend using this truck rental service. I would rather make a ton of trips in my car next time. It was that bad. Stay far far away nothing but problems and a rip off too. Over 500 bucks for a 80 mile move.

Marc FWould have like to used the equipment an extra day. I called and was given a quote of over double my original amount for 1 extra day. That was your uhaul call line number not the location. My original rental was around $50 and I was told $117 for an additional day. I asked clearly if that was for the 2 days total instead and he said no it was the ADDITIONAL charge. So I returned the equipment on time. We had severe weather and under a tornado watch but I was not going to pay double for an extra day just because uhaul assumed I had no other option I guess.
Dwight TSusan at The Red Door Antiques was so helpful. We realized at 3:10pm that we would need a U-Haul in addition to our other trucks/trailers to get the last of our family members house moved from Kentucky to Mississippi in one day. It was a Saturday, so the store closes at 4pm, after making initial plans over the phone (a hectic phone call on our end trying to decide what size truck to get in a hurry), we showed up at The Red Door Antique shop about 20 minutes from her closing time. Susan had several other customers she was helping with non-U-haul business but was so very patient and pleasant both on the phone and in person. She didn't make anyone feel rushed despite the fact that it was close to closing, and I am sure she was ready to go home.

James HTruck was damaged in several places. Dirty in the passenger compartment. Inside of windshield was so dirty that I couldn't see when driving into the sun. Had to stop at nearest service station to purchase window glass cleaner.
ODIS HThey stated we left the truck on empty when my husband and I both confirmed it was on quarter of tank just like we got it. They charged us 85..I'm going to dispute this with the credit card company. And I am going to give uhaul a terrible review.

Allan WThis has nothing to do with the location or equipment. My problem was I had my order changed in a major way. I ordered a pickup and trailer from a place in town. Instead you stuck me with a box truck from the place I picked and then sent me to a place 40 minutes away to pick up the trailer. I used a ton of gas getting to and from my location because of the box trucks mpg. I am not a happy customer.
