location was fine. uhaul proper (webiste, customer support) generally moved my rental location twice, changed truck size and sent confusing emails that inaccurately portrayed where the truck I was getting was located - out of sync with phone conversations.

U-Haul switched my reservation to this location across town with 17 minutes notice and I wasn't able to get the truck for another hour - ended up delaying the start of my move by 90 minutes while I still had to pay my loading crew. Cost me $60 due to your inability to provide equipment where and when reserved, and added miles to my trip that were charged to me. A really poor way to support a customer to start a move. Not this location's fault - the people here were great.

An issue with the billing. Apparently when I reserved the truck the Uhaul website added packing supplies to my reservation and billed me for them when I didn't need them nor ever picked them up. I had a bit of difficulty getting my money refunded. It all worked out in the end and the truck and rate were good.

This was my first time to rent a Uhaul (box truck) It was a wonderful experience over all. Jim was Very nice and helpful. The other employees we helpful too (: I will go back and definitely refer this location to my friends and family.

I am really disappointed as inwas charged almost 800 to rent a truck that I thought was going to cost 20/ day. There are hidden costs and the service is not fabulous. Won't rent here again.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Very professional. However, I would like to make a full complaint regarding the insurance coverage that I was sold. I purchased it expecting that my items would be covered from damage. Especially damage that the leaking truck did to my furniture inside the truck. I purchased the insurance and my truck leaked from the rain and soaked my furniture. I filed a claim and then read the reviews of the insurance company Repwest. They have a terrible reputation of not being a legitimate insurance company and not returning calls or following up on claims and mostly just outright denying claims. From reading the reviews this is just a UHAUL scam and that there really isn't any insurance coverage. Because of this bogus insurance service I will never rent from UHAUL again and will warn people to never purchase their insurance. I usually have a good experience with UHAUL but if the truck leaks and soaks my furniture then that is criminal. I expect UHAUL to process my claim and to be reimbursed for my soaked furniture.

No reflection on the site; but the afterhours return process needs to be improved. What I was told and the directions at the site did not match. The web site was difficult to navigate. Standing in the rain trying to take multiple pictures and going through the process was extremely frustrating.
