Complete disaster picking it up..no one there, key was not in the lockbox, after calling the number in the door some guy shows up and says “hey boss man” goes into the shack and gets the key..

Check the tire pressure. One of the tires needed 'a lot' of air. Count the blankets under contract. We ordered 12 and got 6.

Sharlin PurdyTruck was higher milage and did not run as well as 26' uhauls I've driven previously, no dollys provided, needed to make multiple calls to reach dealer on pickup and drop-off. Gate to the lot closed on drop off with no instructions of where to leave the truck.
bradley fergusonTo the people in the UHaul call centre, you should stop lying to loyal customers by telling them the truck you reserved in the town you are moving is no longer available but somehow I drive by that truck parked at the rental location I reserved originally at 10am in the morning and then again at 2pm in the afternoon. Still in the same spot at the original place I reserved a truck but somehow I had to pickup a truck 20km away from that location and spend more money on fuel and more mileage. Thanks for a great experience Uhaul. FYI this has nothing to do with the pickup place at the mini self storage facility were I got the truck, she was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. This has to deal with the issue at the Uhaul call centre and giving me wrong information and making me pay more for fuel and mileage. Definitely won't be serving me in the future to come. Have a great day!

Bernard WrightEnsure the van is full of gas. I got the van with 45 miles until empty, so I spent more on fuel than I should have to ensure I had enough to complete my trip.
