App wouldn't say I was at location. The address was a little off. So I couldn't use the app. But the ladies inside were helpful and nice dealing with my bad day.

Send customer the correct total amount of the bill instead of wrong bill than surprise they lied n the bill is twice as much so wrong also don't make customers wait 4 days to be able to pay the wrong bill that you charged extra

Charging $1 a mile for mileage overage, especially after turning truck in a day early was a shock and highway robbery in my opinion!

Would not recommend u-haul in general, not location specific. Return process was a complete pain. Don't appreciate paying that much for the rental then having to stand in the rain to take a dozen different photos to do the Return process for them. Zero service.

Very nice experience. I reserved the trailer online and it was ready to go when I picked it up, The U-Haul folks were very pleasant and helpful. They hooked the trailer up for me, checked the lights, and I was good to go.

The service was very good- no issues. They explained things well, made sure the hookup was correct and made it very easy. The drop off video made that easy as well. The trailer did leak, but that was not the local vendor's fault.

They changed our drop off location to Tecumseh so after another long call to Uhaul we finally got it accepted in Adrian. We were hot and exhausted and should not have had to waste time with phone calls just to pick up and return the truck. At this point I WOULD NOT recommend Uhaul to anyone.
