The 24-hour check-in process was a mess. We used a corporate account the night before. Was supposed to be all set up. Got to the location at 6:15 am and the system wouldn't give me access to the lock box or the keys until it verified payment at 7am. The numbers on the front door to call for immediate assistance gave us zero assistance. One of the numbers on the front door was even a wrong number (a person up in Pennsylvania has this number). I was not impressed with this location.
TODD E.When dropping off the truck the location was closed even tho we were there before posted closing hours, I called the posted number and the contact stated just to drop off keys and he would process the following morning. Went back the next morning to conform rental return and still no one present during posted hours. I followed up with the U-Haul 1-800 number the following Monday to confirm rental was complete. U-Haul rep tried to contact this location to conform return but couldn't reach anyone at the Storage King. Suggest this drop off location be changed.

JOE M.The U-Haul representative said I can return it to any U-Haul in Florida I gave him the address he couldn't find it in the system to punch it in I dropped the truck off and then I was charged $299 for the wrong drop off spot but I was told by two representatives I could drop it off at any U-Haul in Florida near my house I'm totally disappointed being misrepresented and then charge for something that I was told was no cost
STEPHEN S.I originally was to pick up truck with dolly and blankets in palm harbor. Was told to go to Umberton to pick up truck. The truck did not have dolly or blankets. I had a horrible experience trying to get key to truck. Place was not open so I had to call U-Haul help center. This took a long time to get key from lock box. The truck needed to be turned up. It kept stalling out and had to be restarted.
