We used this place to store household items while our house was built. They ended up being there for 6 months, which was longer than expected! But when we got everything back, all was good! The truck was dirty. There were used false eyelashes in the cup holder, chip crumbs in the seat, and paper receipts around. Which means it wasn't sanitized, either. We also filled the truck up upon return. No credit for that, either.Jennifer R.

The only issue I had was that I booked movers through U-Haul & they had to cancel on me last minute & no one from U-Haul would answer the phone to schedule me with new movers. I had to call at least 20 places before I found someone.Michelle B.

It was easy to book online. Store had availability, which was also a plus but the truck they rented should not be on the road. It was so noisy, i had to put in my airpods to block out the sound. People were staring you would think i was in an 18 wheeler. Please get rid of this truck and any other trucks like it.JASMINE W.

The employee was not competent to help me complete rental on a timely manner. It took her 86 minutes to complete my rental transaction. 30 percent of the time she was texting in front of me non discreet. The previous person before me spent 45 explaining to her what he was needing and she had to restart process with that person and resign all docs! I checked in online with credit card and driver license to come in and rent truck but it was the opposite. Was told there were no tow dolly's avail not even 1 Frustrating and disappointed I hope someone takes the time to read this and do something about this female employee!Eric S.

I have a U-Haul location near my house but in the same area as where I rented the U-Haul car hauler and I had to take it back to the same location I checked it out from this was very inconvenient for me.William V.
Nothing! Our overall experience was great and i didnt get the lady name who assisted us when we went to pick up the truck but she provided what i would call A1 customer service she was nice ,friendly and had a smile on her face. You could tell she liked her job and was there to help with any questions or concerns.James T.

I wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone. I rented a truck and the dolley was stolen off of my truck and I incurred a loss fee. No problem. The problem I have is that U haul sells a utility dolley on their website for around 40 $but they charge you 83 $after taxes to replace the utility dolley you rent from them. Which is the same dolley just painted orange. Then I was informed that if I didn't pay the amount before 7 days (not business days, weekends included) the matter would go into collections and a 30 $fee would be added. I was told that I had to come pay in person. I didn't get paid until the 7th day on Thanksgiving. So guess who ended up paying over a hundred dollars for a dolley they didn't even get a chance to use? Nope not doing business with them again.Anthony Y.
