He was able to have a Truck for us even after we had to change our dates from Saturday to Friday. We will certainly use this location again for our moving and storage needs. The customer service in Corpus Christi was NOT very helpful... First they were not answering the telephone and the employee was very short and unfriendly... I returned the truck a day early, more gas than it originally had in the tank. I made sure the truck was clean ,furniture blankets folded and the dolly was place in a secure area...I didn't get my 25.00 credit for doing so like the sign in the truck said I would. Very disappointed...

My pick up was changed twice. Once because the location was not going to open at the time they had posted. The location it was moved to, the truck was not ready when I arrived. The keys weren't available nor had the clerk received any information to it being transferred to her. It was then transferred to another location having to walk a mile to get to my vehicle to get to another location. This caused me to pick up my truck over an hour late. On my drive the truck leaked in a rainstorm and I had to pull over and change clothes because I had gotten so wet in the cab. While the $50 guarantee reservation was not given to me uhaul made sure to charge me an extra day when I missed my drop of time. Doesnt seem right that I'm charged more when I miss my time but when uhaul misses their time and provides a truck that the cab allows water to poor in they still get their money. I rent a uhaul storage room as it is and will be moving that storage within the next month because of this experience. The locations were more than nice, it is uhaul itself that created the bad customer experience.

No inspection provided, since I paid extra for insurance the vendor stated it shouldn’t be a problem because they already new if there were any issues with it. Paperwork stated 5/8 tank of gas, it was closer to 1/2

I had to pay an extra $55 out of pocket for some safety chains that would fit correctly on my towing hitch the chains y’all have on all yalls trailers are too small I think each location should have an extra set of safety chains that can be swapped out.

I booked online and wanted to pickup the truck with mobile app. I did everything as required but after wasted lots of time in the last step I am being asked to pickup manually from office. I have to go through all the processes which I have done online again. Such a disappointing situation. I don’t recommend because uhaul’s online pickup system is something wasting time.

when I arrived the truck was not ready (swept out or hooked up to trailer). The employee informed me that they do not hook-up trailers and then did not have the trailer reserved and had to go back and change to a different trailer. All-in-all this took about 60 minutes due to the facility not being prepared for the reservation.

Lower your per mile rate. $1.00 per mile driven is too high. A 24 hour rental of this vehicle driven 127 miles cost me $214.00 without any accessories except for insurance. I believe you would do better renting the vehicle at a higher base rent with unlimited miles so that what we pay initially is what should be at the end of the rental. Also, you should also consider renting all you vehicles fully fueled so that the renter only has to worry about refueling back to a full tank. This truck started with a little more than 1/4 tank of fuel and I had to fuel twice in smaller increments to try to return it at the same level. Way too much trouble to do because if more fuel is left in the tank you do not credit us the difference, but do charge if not left at the same level. Thank you.

RESERVED 26' TRUCK, 24 FURNITURE PADS, 1 APPLIANCE DOLLY, 1 FURNITURE DOLLY, AND 1 UTILITY DOLLY. THEY CALLED THE NIGHT BEFORE TO CONFIRM ALL. WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK UP ALL. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE FURNITURE PADS, WHICH WERE CRUCIAL, AND DID NOT HAVE THE UTILITY DOLLY. I HAD MOVERS COMING TO LOAD MY VERY EXPENSIVE NEW FURNITURE AND NO PADS TO PROTECT IT. I SPENT $200 ON FURNITURE PADS TO PROTECT MY FURNITURE. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WOULD BE NO CONCESSIONS FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. TYPICAL MENTALITY OF PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN CORPUS CHRISTI. I AM A CAR DEALER AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS PARAMOUNT. EVIDENTALLY THIS LOCATION DOESN'T PUT MUCH WEIGHT ON IT. THEY ARE THE REASON THAT I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THAM AGAIN. I AM SURE THAT NO ONE WILL REACH OUT TO MAKE THIS RIGHT....I WILL SURE TO POST TO ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THA WAS GIVEN.

Beware. Your website stated destination drop off is optional was very misleading. I was charged an outrageous amount for wrong destination fee. Told it would be just 200.00 dollars but charged 1250.00. Been a loyal customer for years but will never use uhaul again.

The location is not bad but this is not where I reserved the car hauler. And when I went to pick it up the charge had almost doubled. I have a contract that states $129. The charge was changed to $241.38. Melissa at this location tried to help but was overruled by Lea Juluski. Lea said that she was in charge and that there was no one else to talk to. When I asked for her boss she said to contact corporate. When I asked for the number she said google it and hung up. I will appeal this charge and have no plans to use U Haul again.

1. Significant delays trying to wait for the computer systems to re-boot so I could check out. 2. Attendant hooked up trailer and checked lights as usual. Pulled off down major road and was waved over by a passing car that the back doors were not latched and were swinging open. Yes, I should have checked them myself, but I thought I should have been able to trust the U-haul guy to have everything hooked up and closed up. Then later, i turned on my lights, and my F-150 told me that the passenger side trailer brake and blinker light weren’t working. Normally, I would assume that the bulb blew, however, given the attendant’s missing the door latch, I kind of figure that he missed the blinker and brake check as well. DISAPPOINTING.

To start pff the representative that helped us at this location lied to us and charged us to a card he wasn’t authorized to do so ,to make it worse at the location were we returned it in Brownsville tx the cashier has rude comments and was speaking to us in a rude unprofessional tone, to top things off the dollie we rented was miasing a light HORRIBLE experience overall
