Owner was very pleasant and upbeat. When I took the truck back, he adjusted the invoice right away and I was on the way. A very good experience. If I need another Uhaul in the future, I will certainly consider this location.

Would 100 % recommend, Austin was able to get us an appliance dolly that saved our butts moving our washer, dryer, and fridges. Huge thanks to Austin for staying later so we could return the dolly. Great place to rent from.
Brandon MExcellent staff interaction. Quick service. Really nice equipment storage/pickup area. Nice parking. Note to customers: Arrive from the north, heading south, when returning trucks and trailers. (You can't turn left into this location from 5600...and u-turns in that area are tough.)

Jose HThe vehicle was extremely old had no power stirring. The rate per mile was higher than most with BETTER equipment. We tried to extend our rental but we were unable to because supposedly somebody else was renting it the next day.. So we rented another one from another location there equipment was so much better and on top of that we paid about 35 cents less per mile. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION YOU ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!! Good day!!

Tyson PI had to pay the additional deposit of $100 for using a prepaid debit card which I had no problem with because prior to me confirming the rental I had spoke whomever it was to be insured I would get the deposit back immediately on the trucks return. I returned the truck and met all the requirements needed prior to drop off such as fuel, etc. Needless to say I still have yet to receive my deposit back and they charged my card an additional $100 even though I had turned it in as instructed and under the mileage allocation. So I'm now out what seems to be a total of $200 over the quote I agreed to paying. The $200 is more the original quote of about $150. There' was zero damage or anything like that on the truck. Definitely will be looking for option the next time I move. Also in speaking with your customer service advisors multiple time trying to get this resolved. Not to mention the last guy I spoke with on phone wasn't help nor particularly nice.

The no trailer was not the second places fault but when I got there they were having trouble with my reservation and they didn't give me the $50 off that the Uhaul said I would get when the called to tell me the new location of pickup.

Check my account and they charged me multiple times. All for different amounts. This was a horrible experience

LARA CRented a uhaul from ogden ut. It was bullshit and time consuming to have to drive an hour way to pick up the rental!! So mad about this I'm telling everyone one I know to stay away from uhaul
Linda FTruck reservation was confirmed. Arrived to pick up truck, had movers scheduled 45 minutes after pickup time, arrived on time, no truck. I had to recommend to change to a smaller truck luckily 20' truck was there, the clerk called traffic and secured the smaller truck. I feel someone should of called and notified no truck at that location and arranged a different pickup for the size of truck needed.
Jon LWe had to wait a while to get the trailer. The tires were bald, the bearings were loose, the inside was dirty with grease. It was a nervous drive to our destination. U-haul also changed our original pick-up location to one twice as far and with shorter hours, which made for a very stressful experience.
