Michael MBetter communication. Doesn't answer the phone. Could not work the U-haul website. All I needed was the dolly, ended up with one of everything shipped to my house. Had to return them to a U-Haul center. Straps on dolly worn from dragging.
Roger BPlease clarify for the next customer that the key is actually in the back of the truck. I wasn't sure if there was a key box on the building or somewhere else.

Louise SI was double charged .....2 days instead of 1 ....I had it 12 hours .....they charged me 2/ $20 insurance fees and I declined that upfront.. said my gas was short but it clearly had more gas than when picked up . And now I have been waiting a week for uhaul to fix my bill .......

Clayton FTried to scam $40 additional day charge from us. Dropped off trailer on 22nd, spoke to man behind counter who told me to "back it in wherever I could" which i did with date stamped pics. Rec'd a bill on the 25th stating I had dropped off that day. Called uhaul who are reimbursing the money.

Alison SOur car was not hooked up correctly! During my trip the car came off! The equipment was rusty and old... When I got to uhaul in clarkston they couldn't believe someone hooked it up that way risking our life and safety!

Donald CNeed to make sure the locations you advertise as a 24 hour location and it isn't. We wouldn't have been able to rent the Uhaul had they not been open.
Jason HThis location was great. BUT....this was NOT the original pick up location. This pick up process was HORRIBLE. The scheduling manager did NOT notify me that my reservation was changed and the truck I was looking was NOT available, making me travel 40 mins to this new location so I can get a truck just so I can move out of my apt. So bottom line, even though this last location was awesome, the original plan was terrible and this will be the first and the last time I will rent a Uhaul. Next time I'll try the competition.
