JOHN EThere was an issue where the truck I reserved wasn't available. I was upgraded to a larger truck, but more frequent inventory confirmation might help prevent future mishaps like this. Still overall a positive experience.

Patrick KI am initially made the reservation. It was for Mason city. Iowa I was called and informed that I would have to drive 9 miles to get the U-Haul that I needed. They were gracious enough to give us 30 miles at no cost for our troubles. When we got to manly that following day, the actual business was closed, we were unable to get into the app it kept kicking us out. So I would call customer service and I would be on hold for 20 minutes at a time. This happened three different times for some reason there was some judgment on my account because somebody used me as a reference, and I didn't realize it. Once that was cleared up and we were able to get the code for the box to get the key, there was no key in the box so then again, we had to call customer service. We were transferred three different times and we're on waited almost 45 minutes before we were actually able to talk to somebody they kept transferring us to North Dakota when we were in Iowa . Finally, this lady helped us get into the second box where there was the key in the second box to the truck we were at this location for almost 2 hours, trying to get into our vehicle that we could not get the truck would not start two different times. I think the starter might be going out , eventually it did start. It was not a very good experience. Every time we tried to speak to somebody we were transferred and transferred and transferred very dissatisfying, and we would like somebody to return a car.
MICHAEL BTruck was dirty and still had trash in it. The check engine light was on and the air conditioner made horrible noises the whole time we had it.
Karrie JI was told when I rented the trailer they would be charge for two days use. I used the trailer for last the 24 hours. The dealer said I would be credit for the second I paid. But you took the two days cost when you pulled the money out of the bank. I should be credited for one day.
Edward HSales associate, male, interrupted my transaction, not once but twice to wait on men. Additionally, he only made eye contact with the gentleman I brought with me instead of with me, whom he was doing business with. Tony, the man who waited on me, needs to learn women rent u-hauls too and should be treated with the same respect men are.

Jim LBecause I arrived after hours, the site was closed and locked and no information was given in a voicemail about the drop off site being in an ambiguous location which was a driveway off a major highway. However, the drop box was visible and easily accessible.
