Joel VProvide lock codes before pick up. I had to sit on hold with the after hours line for 25 minutes once I got to the location and it was a little frustrating.

Sally KMy experience with U-Haul was horrible. It took me three hours to check in and actually get the truck, because the mobile app was not working. The truck was not prepared for us to pick up and was covered in snow. When I FINALLY got to my storage location to move, the back door was completely frozen shut. I had to drive all the way back to the U-Haul center, putting more miles on my truck, for someone to pry the door open. From beginning to end, my experience was a nightmare and I will never use U-Haul again

WILLIAM HThe owners of this location were 10 min late opening their store. They didn't have the truck started, clear of snow and non of our requested equipment was ready. They gave us an appliance dolly instead of a furniture dolly and when we went to drop off the truck Sunday night they were closing up. Watched us pull in and left anyway. We check out online, but still that's just poor customer service.

Amber RInstall a jack on your 2 axle trailers. I saw a man trying to lift your trailer up to put it back on his truck and he could not lift it either an this was on the expressway..
