I moved from California to North Carolina and have never experienced such good service at any UHaul I've dealt with. .We sure appreciate her being there.

Trucks I have rented from Uhaul in the past several years are always dirty! Windows, inside and out are so dirty I usually need to clean just to operate safely. Also I have concerns that the inside of trucks are not being sanitized!!!! Do the locations that rent UHAUL,S not have means to wash and clean the trucks before they are rented to next customer?

Friendly people explained everything to me. They made sure I had the supplies I needed and suggested items. The very nice lady operator of business went over truck operation with me and was very pleasant. I will definitely rent again from them. Thanks!

Linda at The Trading Outpost was amazing!! She went out of her way to help me return the trailer when the place I was supposed to return it to would not take it. She could have charged me an extra fee for returning it to the wrong location, but insisted the wasn't the right thing to do and made several phone calls on my behalf to make sure I wouldn't be charged!! I am new to the area and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Highly recommend using this location.
