LEONARDJ VYou should not change the pick up location on customers. I have never experience such bad experience with Uhaul before. It was a nightmare to deal with them. From customer service on the phone and from the point of them changing my pick up location and drop off location. That was crazy. they lost me as a customer
ANTOLIN FThis location is at someone's home. The people there are completely unable and unwilling to help in the least. The phone answering service from uhaul was absolutely TERRIBLE. It took hours to be able to get in to the truck. The nearby uhaul location eventually was able to help, but still had poor customer service. I will never use uhaul again. I'm so angry and disappointed and was treated terribly by most of the people involved with this pickup.
