I rented an open trailer, 6'x10', to move a riding lawn mower. The dimensions listed on the web site indicated that the mover would fit. What the web sit did not display is that the rear entrance into the trailer is not as wide as the inside of the trailer. I drove 50 miles to pick up the mower and could not afford the time to take the trailer back and hope for a larger one. Fortunately, the retailer had a trailer for rent that worked. I had to unhitch the Uhaul, hook up the other trailer, deliver the mower, bring the trailer back to the retailer, reattach the Uhaul and take it back to the rental site. A complete waste of money and time that could have been avoided but for the lack of accurate information.Danny S.

When I hooked up trailer, lights did not work, the person there said they were working it must be my truck. I tested my light outlet and all fuses, they were all good. I found a short in trailer wires. Was told they could not repair and that they would refund me. I needed trailer that day and they had no others. They gave me parts so I could make repairs myself. Which is what I did.HOWARD C.

Don't EVER cancel a rental without contacting the customer over the phone first. According to the attendant, that was done to my reservation because the expected truck had not been returned to the location as expected. I am glad another one showed up and I was back as U-Haul fan, client, and supporter.veronica R.
We had a medical emergency during our move. We called to see about extending the rental for another day because we really had no other choice due to the emergency. The representative at the store was somewhat rude about it even though I was apologetic about it and explained that it was a situation I had no control over.Rachel F.
Todd went above and beyond to get me in a truck to accomplish my move. He also helped me with another rental and even chased me halfway down the street when he'd noticed I'd left my personal hand truck in the back of the truck. Original person we picked up from was great and helpful. They didn't have the dolly we needed so gave us an appliance dolly and it didn't work very well. They also forgot to put it in the trailer and we had to go back the next morning. The man working the desk the next day was the most rude person I've never encountered in my life.JESSICA F.

Arrived from out of town to pick up truck, when I got there, the man said he had no trucks available for me and didn't know when he would get one in. He told me I would have to look around and try to find a truck at another location. The back of the truck was fine, but the cab was disgusting--not only did not have COVID-level cleaning, there were crumbs, stains, it was gross. I used half a package of lysol wipes to make it habitable to drive.MELANIE M.

They were kinda rude, in a joking way which I normally get but I was moving because i lost my fiancÃ© and and couldn't afford to stay where I was so I had to break the lease, pay a huge penalty and I lost someone. So It wasn't the right time.Ryan P.
We had to drive over an hour to pick up our truck and the AT was at a different location. After loosing 4 hours in the process of finding the equipment, with movers waiting, we finally got everything home and loaded. 25miles from our starting destination, the Auto Transport brakes caught fire, and the tire exploded in my face. We then lost another 4 hours locating a replacement and getting the vehicle switched over. The whole ordeal was handled poorly. I was contacted by someone from Uhaul and was basically blown off. No discounted rate. No Guarantee. Just a â€œI'm sorry. I will never recommend or use Uhaul again.Andrew G.
I rented a trailer for 5 days, asked for 10 moving blankets. I was told because I was renting for 5 days I would need to pay an extra 45 $for the blanket rental. Seriously??? Then I was told that if I didn't fold the blankets upon return I would be charged an extra 10 $. The counter person was rude on top of that. So no the experience was NOT enjoyable and I felt I was being taken advantage of by them and if this is really U-Hauls policies then by U-Haul as well.John S.

I was very happy that this location was very helpful in my time of stress. They waited for me past closing time and I wasn't able to rent that day, but went back the next day to rent and was remembered AND I had lost my driver's license in the parking lot and got it back the second day! This place that we rented from was absolutely rude horrible and overcharged us. We called the one 800 number and a gentleman named con KAHN helped us and he was absolutely fabulous took care of the refund as far as we know he said it would be there in a couple days. As far as where we rented the place from it was the absolute worst U-Haul experience we ever experienced. Thank you again Kahn-for all your help!!!You rockjeanine C.
