Couldn’t tell if it was behind the truck ,good car trailer.
Wendell Nthe people at this location were very nice...but the end cost was NOT what we expected.....so much for $19/day +tax
Mariana AThe check in procedure was tedious. I didn't seem to save any time by doing the pre-check in. The truck smelled like smoke and the "check engine" light was on from the beginning, but everything was otherwise very acceptable.

Geoffrey RThe U-Haul was leaking. I reported it to customer service twice. I was told that I would be able to go on the app or talk to them when I returned it to report the leaking to try to cover the damages from the leaking so far nobody has let me report it so far nobody has done anything about it I am very disappointed in the whole situation With the U-Haul leaking. I want to know how I report the damage and how do I go about filing a claim to get this resolved.

Good thing I wasn't going far or I'd have had a pretty rough move

David BI was belittled over the phone and called a thief by the female employee working on Sunday 9/3 over a simple mistake during the pick up process. Instead of just coming up with a solution she wanted to tell me over and over how wrong I was and how I'm stealing from U-Haul. Very unprofessional encounter and will be telling anyone I can not to rent from this establishment.

Susan WExcellent customer service! I rented a 10' truck with an appliance dolly. The local rep called me to make sure I was aware that 10' trucks do not have ramps. Which I did not know. He helped to switch to a 15' truck with a ramp. It made all the difference!
Jason WI had a reservation booked a month ahead of time at this location because it is close to my home. At the last minute, the day before, it was changed and I had to travel to a seedy neighborhood 45 minutes away to pick up my trailer. It took an hour for the owner to show up to complete my pickup (I was on time). I asked if I could return the equipment in the original location I had booked and was told I could not, meaning another trip to a scary neighborhood hauling an empty trailer (they pull better with a load) and waiting again for the owner to show up to complete my return. Fix this problem!

William BThe truck needs an oil change. When i picked it up the rental location offered me option for a different truck but stated that its not unusual to have a truck that is past due for an oil change. Overall the truck ran as we had hoped.
Jim CEmployee made sure to hook the trailer to my truck. He ensured I was roadworthy before leaving the lot. Upon return, the woman inside unhooked the trailer, and made sure I had a copy of the receipt.

Paulette PBest location I've ever rented a Uhaul from and I've rented numerous Uhaul's. Super friendly and extremely helpful. Usually I'm handed the keys and told to go look for any damage then come back and tell them before I leave. Here they walked me out to the truck and walked around with me and made sure everything was good. When I returned it I got the same outstanding service. This is how business should be done. Thank You!!!!!
