I was charged for mileage when I pick up the vehicle. I put more gasoline in the vehicle when it was dropped off. The vehicle was checked out and I didn't get a email close out. Instead I got another charge. I called the office and no one seems to know what I'm talking about. Very rude and disrespectful. Unprofessional!

Have the truck clean for next client in this case both driver and passenger side floor had dirt (soil) from previous customer. Also the truck needed an alignment, it would swift to the right when braking.

This was the THIRD pick-up location we were given for our contract. First was in Monroeville, AL but operator refused to come in despite Customer Service Rep saying it was open. After waiting over an hour, Customer Service wanted us to drive another hour to Brewton, AL. Called location and they said the vehicle was scheduled for check out the next day! VERY disappointed!!

Terrible customer service. We had to wait an hour to pick up the trailer because no one would come to the office to even help. The trailer was parked in a mud puddle, and there was no adapter for the lights. So irritating. Definitely will never rent from here ever again.

I booked a truck earlier in the week and it was confirmed that my truck was at my pick up location. So I go to pick up the truck and they have lost the keys to the truck after I had been waiting for an hour. Also ordered 12 moving blankets to go with the truck and they had me one. The pick up location was at the Grove Hill C-store and then they tell me that I can go pick up the same truck at Thomasville Tire. This new location was 30miles in the opposite direction of which I needed to go. But thank you Thomasville Tire for making it right for me.
