Brad RReceived the truck a bit late, although Sunny was great at making sure it did not effect our usage and actually did not charge us for going over the time. I also forgot to refuel and he was very accommodating and did not charge. Great over all experience at this location.
Costa IWhen I booked the truck, I understood the facility (i.e., pick-up location) was open at the time I had arranged to get the truck. However, when I arrived it was closed. I called and was told that that location was not open at my pick-up time. But the woman to whom I spoke on the phone guided me through the process to check-out the truck and get the keys, which had been left in the lock box. However, I later received a call from the operator of that location who was at a bit of a loss as to how I was able to take the truck. Everyone was professional and courteous; but there seemed to be a bit of disorganisation somewhere. Otherwise, no problem.

Amy AEven though my circumstances made it so that I needed the vehicle quite late at night, the gentleman who handed me the keys was helpful and friendly. The truck was practically brand new and clean. All in all was very satisfied with it all.
Xhevahir MA day before my pick up, my reservation Was changed by uhaul to a smaller truck then I needed which resulted in more Loads. No option to get the bigger truck at all. I didn't get the dolly I reserved and I was Charged $38 for fuel and I refuelled the truck after I was done back to where it was when I started. Felt like a bit of a scam.
Joanne NThe truck wasn't Clean it had food down the side n glass all over the place.... Got little shards in our hands from getting in and out of the vehicle and especially when or if you wiped the seat ..... The manager was rude on the phone before picking up the vehicle and after we droped it off, he also never came out to go over or discuss any of the situation with the glass that we had sent in pictures about .. I wouldn't recommend this location to any one ....

Sandra PThe back of the truck smelled like old weed. But other than that it was good. Where the big 26' truck is being parked is a bit steep to back up the hill the back bumper always will hit the ground. I would suggest the dealer look at parking that truck somewhere else.
Mark SPickup location changed from where we booked online. Rental agreement had to be redone, different price, person we texted/spoke to was difficult, but we got it sorted in the end. Just a very awkward experience, especially after setting everything online beforehand.

Lori DSmoke free families don't want to rent out smoke filled trucks to put their furniture in to now all wreak like cigarettes. Also not impressed that I booked a 1 way trip with your uhaul and the day i got there he informed me it was a 2 way after I specifically ordered a different package. Not Impressed and dont know if I will be ordering a uhaul in the future.

Lori DFirstly, I was very specific about the pickup location to be Rosetta on Cedar St in Mission when I called on the phone to reserve the rental.. I live within a couple of blocks of that location. The pick up of the item I needed the van for was approximately 1 km from there. Including dropping off my cargo on the way back to where I requested to pick up the vehicle, would have been approximately 2kms...When I arrived to pick up the van, I was advised it wasn't there it was at the Mershon St. location in Mission. To be frank- If U Haul were to incur any additional mileage and or fuel costs (like I did) I would certainly be billed for it. Additionally I really didn't feel comfortable knocking on a door at private residence (with no U Haul signage) to be greeted by young children advising me their dad would be right out as he was in the shower. Hardly a storefront U Haul experience....... regards Thomm McEachryn
