I couldn't get in contact with anyone at this location for two days. Finally had to get a territory manager involved. Trailer tire had a nail in it.

The trailer was very dirty when I picked it up. I originally reserved the trailer to pick up in Washington, IL and drop off in Frontenac, KS. My reservation was changed for some reason.
