Have trucks checked out for safety 1st! When I stopped in MO with roadside uhaul, they told me the straps to hold my suv were not in place!

Hunter saw me drive up and rather than get me to follow him to the drop off point. He left for 15 minutes with another customer to get a trailer. Not bad, just inefficient.

The people I picked my equipment up from where great! Now U-haul as a company isn't. My car trailer broke and asked them if I could just tow it back to the closes sight, told me I could and wouldn't cost much. they tried to charge me 1 000 dollars after not mentioning that amount at all and tried to call me a lier. Like I said the location I got it from nice people and great service. U-haul as a company is awful.

The uhauls are stored on a lot around 200 yards from their equipment sales facility. The lot is locked and there is no clear location identified to drop a trailer. After calling their number over and over, I finally got someone on the phone who advised me to drop the trailer at the sales facility down the road. Upon pulling into the sales facility there is again no place identified to drop a uhaul. Going inside to wait and wait a young man finally asked if I needed assistance. He advised he would take pictures of the trailer but someone else would check it in later. That never happened and I received a message from uhaul 2 days later advising the trailer was late even though I dropped it off 2 days earlier...I drove by the location and the trailer was still sitting right were I dropped it.

The trucks should be cleaned and wiped down after each use the company should have cleaned everything before the next customer .(coke all over the center console and passenger door. ) And the driver mirror rattling very noise.

You take money off my card charge me 3 times the rate then take several days to put back when it only took 3 seconds for you to take it I will never use uhaul again I've used budget twice never had this problem
