Should not have to wait an hour and a half because he said he checked inventory and inventory was wrong. I had to pay for a 15 ft truck instead of a 10 that's what I ordered. I had to put my own dolly in the truck with a bad back.
steven A.Cell phone service was almost non existent at this site and the store employee was unable to assist as they had not been trained. I called uHaul customer service and they were able to assist with the process.

Charles T.Only one staff member at the location trained for rentals and she had the day off. Had to wait over 2 hours past me reservation time for her to return to work. The U-Haul district manager was called and refused to help. Then she let me drive off with the trailer doors open. The safety chains was so loose that one drug on the Highway for 12 hours and ground off a couple links.
GEORGE W.This location is a working General Store in the country. The young lady who helped me check in was not trained in UHaul but she was very helpful. My biggest complaint is with U Haul. When making reservation on line not able to select drop off location and only choices are 40-50 miles from my location. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service to get location updated. This is a pain. This was my sixth trailer rental in the past couple of months and the degree of hassle with returns is not consistent or user friendly

Michael L.34 miles from my location, and then Uhaul charged me extra to drive there! Poor cell phone service, took several minutes to upload al lthe pics and process return.
