I paid for a dolly and it wasn't in the truck! Had to lift a lot instead of using dolly like expected

RAUL C.My experience was horrible. Terrible costumer service and employees. Was sent to a location that was not operational. Then sent to a location with damaged equipment. When given a new dolly I was told I could not take it. Waisted over 2 hours dealing with them. I will NEVER use this service again and I will not even recommend my enemies to use your business. This is in reference to Uhaul not specifically the pick up location.
