The self serve is awful, long wait time to speak with someone.

Dale SchuellerCouldn't find anyone to take the keys and when I did he seemed annoyed that I was disturbing them. Had hoped he would have checked the truck and given the all-clear. Glad I dropped off here and didn't pick up!

Michael FritzThere was no dolly included. I had to rent a dolly from a rental store for an additional $18. The 24/7 instructions were not clear and it took over 1/2 hour to pick up the truck.
SUSAN GRIFFITHSIt was dark and pouring when I picked up the van, so I did not notice some of the items until the following morning. I contacted U-Haul through the Live Chat and spoke to Javier. I mentioned the passenger door was full of coffee, the seats were full of pet hair, it smelled like someone was smoking or a smoker, and the wipers were really bad. I was told I could dispute the cleanliness when I returned the van, but that wasn't true. If I selected the van was not clean and not ready for the next renter, I was charged $25. The van was clearly not inspected by the owner before my pickup. The process of picking up and returning the van was also difficult. The app couldn't find my location and the lock box is really hard to open. It's also a poorly lit area, so you cannot be assured the van is clean or free from damage if picking up after sunset. I'm hopeful my Live Chat was noted in my account so that I'm not charged for someone else's mess. I also hope the owner takes more pride in this service so others don't have a poor experience!

Val DennisWe have a business and been renting . Why do you not give businesses and military discounts like many companies do. Also businesses need to be able to print receipts for expenses you send a text message. You should have an account list to print chargws
FELIX WYCHESITThe only suggestion I have is to make it clear that a 24/7 Truck Share mobile rental must be picked up AT the time of rental. I just assumed I could pick it up anytime after my rental time, and that it would simply be a loss to me. It was a little confusing that I couldn't pick up my truck 90 minutes after I said I would. When I called the customer service number, the woman who helped me was fantastic! She explained everything and made the situation right, updating my rental time and walking me through the next steps of the process. After that, the online experience was a breeze. I have already recommended the service to a friend. Thanks for a great experience! Also, the cargo van was in excellent condition in spite of having 18 000 miles on it. Kudos!

Stephen GodlewskiShould definitely inform customers that the return verification process needs to be done before turning the keys into a Dropbox at pickup. We dropped off our keys and went to do the final return vehicle verification process but we're unable to because we dropped the keys first. We could've avoided additional charges this way and would've done so. Otherwise hassle free rental.great customer service.

Dustin KruegerThe right key wasn't in the box for the van I reserved And then the number that was on the key wasn't even the one that it said in the system it was a different truck. When I had to get upgraded to the bigger truck I asked if I was gunna have to pay the difference. Got told no. Ended up having to. Just wasn't a good experience this time. Expect for Natasha ? From customer service!!!!!!
