Attendant was rude did not allow us to self check in the uhaul ourselves on our app. We were not aware that the rental had to be returned at the same time that it was picked up, as our email only stated due on May 11,2022 with no specific time. We were charged more for returning it later. This should have been specified on the return information. We will not use the company again in the future.

Tiger pawn to be exact ‘ the guy lied about giving my deposit back & he also lied about the gas mileage! His paper work showed he gave cash back but told me it was going to my card !! BAD business & uhaul has NOT made up for the mis convenience of me driving to Alexandria from Cottonport for a “mis understandingâ€

Ron N.29540124 Had to drive 30 miles away because the local outlets had no truck available. I was responsible for the gas back to the local area.
James H.This location has a lot to learn about checking and maintaining the equipment they serve to the public. The wiring near the tail lights had exposed copper and the electrical tape that was in place has long since needed to be replaced. One of the tires was bald, I should have checked it over myself but that is misplaced trust, and I had to call for a replacement. The chains were hung incorrectly and the trailer wasn't secured to the ball. Thank heaven the Alexandria Store on South MacArthur was able to correct most of these issues, the store I had made the reservation with, Uhaul Corporate needs to step up their inventory management game.

Kimberly W.Nothing went as planned , I reserved the van a month prior , the day before was emailed saying I would need to go 30 miles in another town for a pickup and when we got there it was closed so we redirected to another town , both tiles I was told I would receive a discounted rate , I didn't receive a discount and they ended up using my drivers credit card and not mine which I reserved the rental on so now I have to reimburse my driver , I'm extremely unsatisfied with the entire experience. I still want my discount too! Very unorganized and extremely poor communication!
