Nova lou VelaMore professional customer service. Furnish well maintained vehicles. This rental was a nightmare to heard down the road all the way to Colorado. Feel some sort of refund is due. Have come to expect a lot more from U Haul, very disappointed.

Debra RynoThere was no one there to help with the drop off. The lady in the store gave me a phone number to call and no one answered. When I returned to her the call went through to him because he knew her number. He was hours away, and told me to take a photo of it and send it to him. I had nothing to disengage the connection, and luckily I found a man in a truck who had a wrench and he helped me.
Joan AnchondoEvery thing was good, except I do not understand why I did not get a deposit back. I couldnt understand what they guy was saying on why I didn't get a deposit back. But I do not think I will be using anymore.
Carrie WrightIt doesn't have a drop box. It's literally in the middle of no where. The people who worked there didn't and couldn't help at all.
