This was the worst rental experience ever!!!!! Websites and customer service show totally different availability of products and neither one of the are correct!!!! Was told no locations ANYWHERE around me had ANY trucks available percustomer service and website show only limited selection. I booked a truck on line that was Guaranteed to be there the truck was bigger than the one I needed because nobody had won the size i need Guaranteed to be there the truck was bigger than the one I needed but was available!!! After reserving the truck I go to pick up the truck and the address will not show on navigation, the phone number is incorrect ride around for 30 minutes trying to find the location before finding it. Come to find out this location has plenty of trucks the phone number that was incorrect send you to the Evergreen office which told me that they had decided I needed and many others Just a horrible experience all around

Johnny N.The online pick up service was horrible. Trying to get someone on the phone to help was even worse. I t took me 1 hour and about 20 minutes to get threw the pick up process. Then another hour when I returned it. Will not use UHaul share again.
