I have even arrived at the facility to find the gate standing wide open.. Many times I have came in to find dead rats laying around. Would I recommend, Absolutely NOT!!!!

I was "locked out" of the gate at least 4 times, after hours, so no one was there to assist; therefore I had no access to my belongings. 2 times due to the system not updating where I moved units to obtain a closer one. 1 time due to my payment not being set up on auto draft and at least once if not twice more due to "system or computer errors after office hours. Once, when I called the office for assistance, I was hung up on by the full time employee and I immediately got dressed and went to the office. I was given a different code to access my unit. When I moved my belongings from said unit, there was mouse droppings in my containers as well as all over the floor when i swept the unit to clean it. I informed the same full time employee, and was informed they are now putting out mouse traps to resolve the issue. I was not informed of a mouse issue, and would have appreciated a notice, as I had my entire house packed and stored in your facility. I was a customer from the middle of October 2022 until July 5th 2022, and will never be a customer or recommend this facility to anyone.
Kayla G | Expérience généraleStaff (two different managers) were both very difficult to work with and had attitudes on two different occasions , not to mention they are NEVER there when you are on sight or when you call and your call gets redirected to someone else in Charleston. They change the gates codes and don't even inform you. We had two units that had major water damage coming in from an exterior wall and the roof and we had to move everything ourselves into another unit and they did not bother to credit our account for unused rent at the other two units which had already been paid. The grounds are filled with nails which unfortunately we got one in our tire. We have probably picked up over 100 nails on that driveway. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. Either use the other one that opened up at Montague or go to EVANs, GA. This place does not protect your or your belongings. Frankly they don't care.

The problem was the inability of the employee on duty to properly service our account which led to our unit being locked and had a negative effect on our move-out date. If asked, I would send someone else to a storage facility that had staff on-sight or On-Call during business hours.
William C | Expérience généraleI recommend you paint the height of the various storage areas. I did not have a tape measure to measure the height, but it looked high enough when I backed my camper into an enclosed storage area. A loud noise startled me, and it was the antenna being ripped off the top of my camper. I came back the next day to measure, and my camper was a foot taller than the opening. The roof storage only facilities were high enough, but only 9 ft. wide (I measured them time!). With an 8 ft. camper width, not counting the awning, it was just too narrow, even folding my side mirrors in, I did not want to risk further damage to my camper, so I cancelled the rental. The staff person, Ellen, was most understanding, and she said I would be reimbursed since I had not used any space. Please, please paint the height on all you facilities so no one else damages their vehicle! Merci
Richard G | Expérience généraleMouse droppings along w/ a dead mouse in my unit. Side door that leads to a field was wide open thereby inviting rodents inside and how is that climate controlled?? Promised a dolly both when I moved in and when I moved out and both times they did not have them available as promised. Mgmt does not return phone calls either. No trash cans on site so I left a small box of trash on porch near office. I was charged $35 as a result. I would NEVER rent from them again OR recommend them. BTW, I was there over a yr and never pd my rent late. Worst customer service ever. More like customer NOservice.

Dee J | Expérience généraleMy move out date was actually Oct 27 due to a leak in my storage unit. I was unable to store my items and had to move them due to the leak. I've been trying to resolve this issue since with no results so I would not recommend this facility - to a friend or anyone.
