I felt like I was doing all the tasks of a U-Haul employee, however instead of getting paid for the work, I was doing it to avoid getting hit with fees. This is a worse experience than it used to be. Has nothing to do with the location, has everything to do with corporate

Sam FThe drop off location was closed till 10am so I went by at 9am to see if by chance they were there. I got it dropped off by 9am but was still charged for an extra day. I will never use your company again if I am not refunded that $28 dollars

Curtis GI understand the tow dollies sit in the weather. That said, it would have been nice not to have to fight with the rachet mechanisms to free then enough to operate.

Anthony SI don’t know how they continue to operate with the lack of space available for parking… I’m happy I went when I did bc if anyone had returned anything else before me, I don’t know where I would’ve parked, esp since they done let u park in the available spots, so it’s the Wild West behind the store to get in where u fit in…
GEROLD BWhile Christopher was professional and mostly on time, the EQUIPMENT was worse than terrible. The driver's sun visor constantly flopped down into my field of vision (big safety hazard) and could not be secured or fastened out of the way. 0 % oil life message flashed at me the entire trip and the vehicle would shift into passing gear and stay there for miles for no reason, even on flat road. There was also a constant rattle from the drivetrain that I had to listen to for the entire trip because I couldn't get the radio to pick up one station clearly. Additionally this was the most uncomfortable 6 hours I've ever spent in a vehicle. This van should've been retired or sold as scrap YEARS ago. It's not the type of equipment I've come to expect from uhaul but rest assured, I'll take my business to Budget, Ryder or Enterprise from now on. It sounds cliche and I hate to say it but you've lost a customer.
James Hcouldn't see the uhaul sign from the road. i had a 26' truck and this place is only for maybe 15'.

Richard TWell I returned the truck 3 days before and with some less of gas like $7 less and they charge me $37,88 for that gas I underhand the policy but I guess was not fair, top of that the person received the truck was not nice. because I had to park the truck for him. Just I was not satisfied with that location!

Clefo TI don't have any gripes about the location or employees. But, we had two uhauls cancel on us before we were able to get one. The uhaul website needs to state "if you are late we are going to cancel your pick up" We thought since we had reserved the truck for 7 hours we could pick it up whenever.

Lakeita DYou should keep in mind that when someone is renting a one way especially when they are travelling over 1000 miles, a transport with cruise control should be provided along with transponder option for the tolls. Atleast option at pickup would be appreciated
Subra AI was charged a cleaning fee but I swept out the truck and wiped down the inside it was cleaner at drop off than pick up
James BLocation is in a bad part of town and I had to stand around outside waiting for U-Haul to call a second contact in order for me to use the contactless pickup. If this had to be done, why couldn't it have been a part of the early check-in process instead of waiting to do this on-site? I do not plan to use this feature again and will only book with U-Haul if my pickup location will be open.

IAN JWe were not given furniture pads that we paid for. We also had to call U-Haul for help as we were not given the lock box code causing an hour delay.

YAKARII FLocation is entirely to dark with no lights where the uhauls are. It is definitely not safe for a woman to pick up alone
