The weather made it very difficult to connect up the trailer. The service provider should have at least pulled the trailer out of the snow and ice instead of expecting the customer to do that. The trailer was actually frozen to the ground and I had to call for assistance and wait until someone arrived. The trailer should have been ready to go since the service prover knew it was rented a day in advance.

Extremely friendly. We were a day late dropping off due to the severe winter storms in the area. The Timbes Tire staff made sure to plead our case and arranged for us to be counted as on time due to the weather.

Vuthy NThe truck had a cigarette left on the dashboard. The car dolley was in bad shape; broken fenders, bent ball lock, the right tail light is messed up and wouldn't come on until you hit a bump causing it to flicker. Overall, great customer service but, the equipment was not well maintained.

Robert CUnfortunately, the car hauler was not suitable for its intended purpose. The online system confirmed it would work to haul a 'tractor'; but it never asked me to specify 'what kind of tractor?'. I found that a Kubota BX25DLB had too narrow a wheelbase to make it up the pair of ramps. I had to go out of my way to borrow another car hauler from a friend in order to transport my tractor. When I asked the dealership if they might have a suitable flatbed for next time, they said U-haul does not offer a viable option for my needs.
Spence KThe location is very accessible, just off the highway. Inside is neatly decorated with vintage automobilia. Everyone I spoke with seemed helpful, however, we waited a long time due to an issue with our moving truck. This time lost was frustrating. The location or whomever is responsible for inspection should be more up-to-date about maintaining issues related to their trucks so that the customer doesn't suffer the consequences.

joseph cTimbes employees unfamiliar with vehicles. First time I went to rent tow dolly they refused to rent one to me claiming that uhaul online system would not let them. I returned home, made the reservation on-line and returned to pick up the dolly. (She didn't like that either. She let me know too.) Employee simply didn't know the difference between a Ford Ranger (4 cylinder) and a Ford Ranger Edge (V8).
Mike FBetter info for after hours drop off. I got lucky and an employee just happened to be at tire shop or I would have had no idea of drop off procedure there. The online drop off couldn't locate me even though location was allowed. So I could not use online drop off.
James TDrop off location was across a busy major highway with no one at drop off location so you would know who to talk to or where to go to turn in the equipment. Had to find out from a store owner not related to this business.

DEB HI got charged $36 for gas because they said it wasn't where it should have been. When I put gas in it, if it wasn't right on the spot it was close. My husband is not working and that $36 that was taken out of our account was bill money. I know it didn't cost that much to be where it needed to be unless someone filled the truck all the way up. I am very disappointed cause I didn't intend for that to come out of my account. I knew we went over the mileage.

steve bThis place was awesome. I hate that I had to drive all the way to Burnsville after my reservation in Tupelo was ignored. Compared to the absolutely terrible experience in Tupelo to this wonderful place, it was a joy to walk into such a great location. Again, I'm just generally pissed that I was told my truck wasn't available and had to drive an hour away to get the nearest available truck.

David MI had rented with Ferrell's Appliances in Corinth. When we arrived, they no longer had the trailer we had needed. They believed that UHaul had emailed us letting us know of the problem. I had never seen any email. This was for a high school theatre competition and it was totally unacceptable that we would have had to drive to another town, albeit close, in order to get a trailer that we had already rented. The two businesses worked out the issue and we were able to get from another business the trailer, even though our school check was made out to another business. That's not the way to do good business, UHaul. It's obvious you don't care about the needs of your customers. I'll not forget this next year when I need another trailer for the same high school theatre competition.
RICK BIt took a 20 minute wait and a phone call to the rental desk before someone came out to the equipment to help my wife hook it up and check it out. They need to make sure that an employee is going with the customer to get them on their way.
James FThe high school band used this to transport our instruments to an away football game. More than likely we will continue this for the rest of the season and completions. This worked great!

James MMy husband called to book and asked for Corinth pickup. He also discussed cost and told the sales person no insurance. We got an email confirming Corinth but ended up having to pick up in Burnsville. My parents were picking it up for us. The trailer was very dirty and the bottom was full of red mud/dirt. My dad had to spend a lot of time cleaning it out just so it was usable. The sales person at pickup was rude to my parents and also charged them insurance. When they asked what it was for she either could not or would not explain. They chose the cheaper one still not knowing what it covered. The sales rep on the phone was very nice but the one at pickup would make me not ever use them again!
