Jon S.Lady behind the desk has unprofessional and had her 7yr old helping her. This added an additional hour to our move. Unfortunately this was the second facility I was referred to because the first site didn't have what I needed. To better this facility I suggest being on time to open the store, do the work yourself and not have your underage children to help, and keep your personal life to yourself. No need to rant about your life for over an hour when I have limited time to spend (specially if I am enrolled in online services that do not require me to enter the facility).
