Noah AThis location should never be allowed to rent to anyone. We went to pick up a one way rental and was told no they won't give it to us. Called uhaul and they changed it to a different truck on their lot. Went back and was basically told to get out of the police would be called. Was followed into the parking lot by an employee that was wanting a physical altercation. Would NEVER recommend anyone renting or using Tint Tek for anything!
Melissa HI was forced to use this location because U-Haul could not provide equipment where requested. This location was not ready for me. Forced to stand in cold while equipment was prepared.

I don't like the fact that they took cash from me and sending me a check in the damn mail that's bad business and also I don't like the fact that I ordered the U-Haul online for a certain price of $200 and then in the middle of the night they change my order sent me 40 miles outside of my way which cost me extra gas and sent me out of the way to pick up the U-Haul and also send me out of the way to drop off the U-Haul which add an extra miles on to my account and also extra gas that I had to pay for out of my pocket after making a reservation online that was clearly 10 miles from my pickup and drop off spot U-Haul is a trashy company from now on I will use somebody else because I feel like I got ripped off they told me I'll be paying $200 for a deposit by the time they change all my information and my pickup and drop off spots I want to paying $250 deposit plus $100 cash deposit that I have to wait for in the f****** mail

mitch uThe location wasn't open as it said it was. No phone number worked for me. Finally found the owner out back. Everything went well paper work wise. Then he gave me the keys and said he didn't know where the truck was, either out back or down the road at some shopping center. Found it out back but another truck was blocking it in. Made it to the house to start loading and realized there was a lock on the door. After 5 minutes of calling I finally got through to him. He didn't know the code so I had to wait while he called to find out what it was. Definitely would never reccomend this location.

terry GA couple of the cargo trailers I was going to rent had some problems. One had extremely rusted wheels that were about to crack, and the other one had a nail in a bald tire. I refused both units and had to go on my trip without the trailer. U-haul units at this location are in very poor condition and would not hold up on the interstate drive I was about to take to Ohio.

MARK RWe were supposed to pick up at Southern Rides Automotive on 2/18/22 and at pickup time they weren't there! We went to Tint Tek and they were so helpful, got us a truck and trailer and we were on our way
