The truck was not clean at all. The windshield had some film inside that when lights hit it you couldn't see. She could barely speak English & took over an hour to get the truck & leave. She never came out to inspect it with us. Gave me keys & said go find the truck with this number. I never signed anything. Very discouraging experience.

The customer service at the Tire Corner Snap and Go was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

They don't put it in the computer the exact time and date when equipment is turned in. We returned 7/26 they entered it 7/28. I have sent three emails to uhaul about this location and another rental we had with them.

The dealer said we where to go then an hour later charger us for an extra day on both the truck and the hauler. Our contract said return on the 26th. We have rented over $1 300 worth the equipment in the last 9 days. Looking to rent one more truck will look elsewhere.

I was told I could buy boxes there when I reserved the truck through the Gettysburg number, but had to drive all the way back to Gettysburg to buy boxes. Asked for discount but got nowhere not very happy

I got the reservation on 8/20 and my reservation number was 92426942, I went to the place to pick it up, and the kid behind the counter said,"I don't do rentals for UHaul, you need to call my boss and see what he wants to do" ! I was upset beyond belief , I called the manager Moses can't remember the last name , got voicemail left a message never got a call back! I called +1 (717) 652-9102, spoke w Judy and she took care of me, even had a gentleman from Chambersburg come up and hitch us up. I was on the phone w Judy for about an 1 hr and 20 mins, you all might want to have your card reader fixed cause it kept booting her back till it was accepted. I have nothing to say about Judy she did a fantastic job, why have a location where a customer can't get serviced? It was just a bad BAD facility w bad customer service!

No pre inspection, nobody there to hook up a trailer? Place is a joke. Sent me on a 4 hour trip with a trailer that had a broken leaf spring. It's a good thing that me and my co-pilot knew what to look for because obviously they didn't. However, Everybody that I spoke to on the 1-800 number went over and beyond to help.

The store and store service was great however, the uhaul reservation system leaves something to be desired. I was able to successfully reserve a 20ft truck but the day before I was to pick up I received notice that only a 15ft truck was available. As a result I had to make multiple trips loading and unloading twice thus twice the mileadge and the rental time. I spoke to someone at uhaul and they did nothing but tell me a manager would be contacting me. Nothing has happened thus far. I won't be using uhaul again unless I receive an offsetting credit.

No improvement is necessary. This location is a great asset to the area. My need was somewhat an emergency and I couldn't find a Van in Chambersburg Pa. available at the last minute. I was referred to this location and UHAUL came thru for me. Merci!
