Truck and location were fine trying to use the website to reserve a truck and talking to customer service was the worst customer service/online experience I've ever had. Had to call multiple times before getting someone who knew what they were doing.

DENISE DLocation did not have proper accessories for me to hook up trailer. I had to travel to 2 different locations to pick up what was needed. This cost me time and an additional $25.00. No one advised me when I ordered this that location did not carry all that was needed to hook up. I was inconveniced and reported it to your scheduling department and was promised a call today from a district manager, that never happened. If you rent equipment the place of pick up should have all that is needed to hook up. Not everyone is a professional hauler. I rarely do this so I assumed these experience would be painless, instead it was stressfull. I would like some type of compensation for this. Will wait for some type of response. Frank Rocco

JOHN MThe engine light was lit when I picked up the truck and the facility reset it. It returned within an hour and stayed lit the entire drive. No issue otherwise. Not having cruise control for a 1200 mile drive was inconvenient and tiring. Your long move, one way vehicles should have cruise.

CARL MI want to know why my price jumped from $144 to $166... and I had to drive farther to pick up the truck. I would like to have someone explain this to me.

Not much details about the truck or anything, and the final order wasn't processed quite correctly - but I don't think it was their fault, since I did make the reservation online - but all-in-all not bad. If I had to move again (which I will not), then I wouldn't have any problem renting from there again. Thanks. :-)

Gregory JI did not like the fact of traveling 30 miles out of my direction only because your local dealer did not have a trailer dolly. That's why I reserved it prior. You could have delivered it to a local dealer.You have the means to have hauled the dolly there thus saving me time.

Rosemary SLet the customer know that you are going to charge them 49 cents a mile extra and that they only give you miles two and from the unhaul places. I got charged 104 extra dollars because of this shit
