Guy said they had too many Uhauls and seemed bothered that I was allowed to book the location as a drop off. Nice guy overall and didnt turn me away.

Terrible location that U-Haul should immediately remove. Difficult to find in a very bad location. Not marked as a U-Haul location and not at all secure. Seems anyone could go in and steal blankets and carts. Would never use this location again.

Stick to the prices and stop scheming people adding stuff to the contract agreement they didnt not ask for and the company would be much better. Budget trucks have my business now.

The place did not look like an office but they were very helpful and got me all set in no time.

No one was at the location upon arrival. It took 30 minutes after the pickup time for someone to show up. Also the dolly I was given was extremely bent and unusable. I was extremely disappointed with the service and will be unlikely to use uhaul again.

I was over billed. I returned my truck at on 7/28/18 at 11pm. My reservation was for 2 days. I was billed for 3 days and my bill says I returned the truck on 9/30 at 9:11 am. I emailed the email address provided on the statement with no reply. I called the location and was told I would have to call 1-800-uhaul. I did so and was on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. Please feel free to contact me so the bill can be corrected

No one was there at the location at 1:30 in the afternoon. Except for a few parked UHaul trailers, it looked like an abandoned business. We were told to drop the keys through the hole in the door by the rep at the UHaul customer service number. Someone from corporate should check the locations before allowing the UHaul sign out front.

Store-filthy, smelly, obnoxious, unpleasant. Truck's cargo-very dirty with leaves and dirt. No print out was handed over or printer machine available. Very unprofessional environment, atmosphere.
