This place is simply the worst I have ever seen. When I pulled up it was not clear that this was U-Haul. One of the employees said it was not U-Haul, but then sent me into the small office. You can and should do better than this.
thomas pI waited for about 30-45 mins on my UHaul because the owner had to make a run to some place before helping me. I was already experiencing trouble with the lock and needing to receive the code. This pushed me behind schedule by an hour which I felt was beyond unacceptable. Then the Gas level was already on almost E. I drove half a mile and the gas light popped on. Then I had to pay full price for such an experience. It was unfair. 300 Richmond Hwy UHaul
