Martha SMy only issue was I was charged $29,87 for mileage and I left a little more than a half tank of gas in it. When I picked it up in Brookhaven it had a 1/4 tank. I just thought that I should be given some sort of credit on the gas if I am being charged for extra miles. Over all no problem with U-Haul.

Mark BFriendly and awesome staff members. Once we found out that my reservation was moved to another location, across the city, they were able to assist with another trailer rental to keep me from traveling further to pick up my original trailer request.

Porshia FThe process to find the code and key was a nightmare. After trying to check in online and the system not accepting the information I was inputting, I was forced to call and hold for 30 minutes to speak to a customer service rep who was very friendly and helpful. The situation was not her fault and she did the best she could to remedy the situation. When she gave me the code to the lock for the back of the truck to get the key, the lock was almost impossible to open. The whole process was time consuming and frustrating. We were out behind schedule due to this.

Tashauna GPlease make sure you do more than just pressure wash to get ants out of the cab of the truck. Driving 9 hours with ants was not cool.

BOB MI was double charged and have been unable to date to get the merchant to assist. I was told "call U-Haul" but it was the merchant who double billed me. I could use some assistance

Robert WCancel sound advice location In Hattiesburg. They were clueless and couldn't pull up my reservation and they did not have the trailor I reserved and got messages texted me from u haul
john rOnline I reserved additional supplies: 2 furniture dollies, an appliance dolly, and a dozen furniture pads along with my 20' truck. When we picked up the truck, this location did not have these additional items. This is not the fault of the location where we picked it up. The website should be able to maintain inventory by location, not allowing us to reserve items that aren't available. When we make a reservation for all those items for our moving day, it's very inconvenient come moving day and we don't have the supplies we need to make a successful move. The merchant was EXCELLENT. The reservation process for supplies, not so much.
